Fulldistance Going
My first time at a Taco Bell. Menu features both Non-veg and veg option. Ordering is via touch screen kiosks only. It seems to be relatively easy to order. The orders get filled up typically within 10 minutes or so. Our party of 4 has no difficulty finding a table. The Nacho with toppings was good. As were the chalupas and soft tacos. I may come back for breakfast just to check out what they serve.

I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong store. I asked if there is anyway I could pick it up here, they wouldn’t help at all. Honestly better of just losing out on the meal however as the place smelled awful

I used to say “never Taco Bell,” to my kiddos, but, Carlos at the San Mateo El Camino Taco Bell changed my mind. My kids ordered the most ridiculous customizations you can imagine, and somehow everything came out perfect. They were thrilled, which means I was thrilled.
Shoutout to Carlos for turning “never Taco Bell” into “can we go back to Taco Bell?”
If Carlos ran all Taco Bells, I’d be living off of chalupas (and whatever my kids don’t eat, obviously, w/ their Taco Bell customizations).

Thank you!

I’ve been an avid Taco Bell eater and this place didn’t disappoint. Coming from the San Mateo fair, we were hungry and ate some here—fast service with music and a few people around 3pm on Sunday. We gave them special instructions and they listened! I’m glad because we have an order tailored to what we like, and they make it to our liking for which we are very thankful for. Would recommend for those who are passing by and want tacos.

Not a good location. They don’t have a drive through, didn’t pick up the Y2K menu promotion, and were uncharacteristically slow. Waited about 20 mins on the order.

It was solid. There were no sauce packets in the sitting area, they may have had some in the back. Overall a normal Taco Bell.

I have just experienced the greatest humiliation I have ever suffered in this country. I will summarize what happened and hope something is done about it as I will not stop. I arrived at the Taco Bell store
1975 S El Camino Real around 6:20 PM with an order from Doordash, as I also work with deliveries, I showed the app to a super friendly girl and she informed me that the order would take around 10 minutes and I decided to wait, right there moment I decided to place an order for myself, I ordered a combo and as a customer I know that TacoBell orders don’t take long to be made, the Doordash customer’s order was an order of 22 items and mine 3 items, within about 8 minutes a girl with glasses and light highlights in her hair, she came with the order, she was at the register and serving customers, she informed me that the Doordash order was ready and I told her that I had placed an order for myself and that the girl was already placing it at the checkout, at that moment she started treating me rudely, being HOMOPHOBIC and RACIST towards me, she took the order and hid it, she told me to cancel the Doordash order, she certainly thought I wanted to steal the food, and then she said that would report to me because I didn’t want to confirm the order, as I was placing my soda and saw that BOTH orders were ready, she created this whole situation unnecessarily, I called Doordash support in front of her, while she smiled mockingly of me with the other attendants, looking at me with disdain and speaking in Spanish, it turns out that I speak 3 languages and Spanish is one of them, she cursed me while I was talking to support, the attendant put me on hold and called this girl and minutes later she comes back saying that she wouldn’t give me the order anyway SCREAMING IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, the attendant tried to contact her again and she didn’t answer, psychologically because she didn’t want to, I told the attendant that the girl would no longer answer the call and then the only The solution was to cancel the order, which affected my numbers. I will NEVER buy anything at Taco Bell again, I asked her name because I will seek my rights in relation to the homophobia and racism I suffered and she simply informed me that she is not obliged to say her name, and she is obliged YES because He is wearing the store’s uniform and represents Taco Bell. Maybe she didn’t want to give her name because she probably works with a fake SSN, but I don’t work with fake documents, I have all my documentation and pay my taxes and the least I demand is to be respected in this country. Below is a photo of the attendant.
