The service is bad here. I asked for a tray with tray paper because I wanted to eat inside the store. I did not want to eat out of brown paper bag. They said they don’t give out trays here. Poor service! Food was okay, fries were a bit soggy. Wait was also a bit too long.

I was in drive thru earlier ordering a supreme luxe box, I explained to the person in-charge how I wanted my Chalupa, I told her 3 times to make it plain and suddenly on the screen that she did not mark it as plain, so I went to the window to confirm if it was plain or not and she stated that we didn’t tell her to make it plain and that our food was finished so they couldn’t remake it, then she started to have a rude attitude so the manager Luis had to come in to fix it for us. The lady’s name is Coni and I did not like her service today.

I’m not gonna lie I stood at the counter for about five minutes and no one came to help me. The staff just looked at me and continued working on orders. Eventually, I walked away. A few moments later, a white woman walked in, and someone immediately came to the register to assist her. I thought that was pretty strange. Based on that experience, I’m giving them one star and honestly, I’d give zero if I could when it comes to service. As for the food, it’s Taco Bell. You get what you expect.

Quick service and quality of food is good at this location. Good place to grab a quick lunch. Lots of options for vegetarian people as well. They have drive thru if you are in a hurry. Seating area is clean. During peak lunch hours it gets busy and hard to find a seat. Plenty of parking spaces.

I often like to go to Taco Bell just for chicken chipotle melt. The customer service was good, but I have no clue what they are doing. I don’t think they know the menu items and how to make them. Also, I asked for one guacamole got charged for two, but didn’t received any. The photo you see is actually the second remake after me going back to exchange the first order, because the first order was the same except without the red takis chips you see in the photos.

The right amount of crunch, creamy beans, vinegar spice from packets, cheap price, make Taco Bell tostadas the only reason to come here. No meat, only beans, chopped tomatoes, load of iceberg lettuce, thin cheddar cheese means guilt free, secret eating. Shhhh! Salsa packets makes this messy and devouring. Wipe my mouth, throw away the trash, wash my hands in the bathroom, and I’m outta here within minutes without a trace.
