When I tell you I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch here today, know that what I got wasn’t even a gordita. It was a hardshell taco wrapped in a soft taco tortilla and held together with nacho cheese instead of melted cheese, and utterly devoid of Baja sauce. The other two things I ordered were wrong, too. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say this was even intentionally done poorly in order to get poor reviews – disatisfied employees, maybe? Well, if so, wish granted.

Went to order the Luke deals and the cashier lady say I had to order online to get the deal. I tried to download the app and she didn’t give me the opportunity and rushed me to get out of line. No customers service and I also look up on the taco bell online to see if you have to order online and talked to corporate and they confirmed that you don’t have to order online and can be order thru drive thru or in store.The cashier name is Candelaria G. She might be instructed to say this to customers because her upper management doesn’t want to honor the order. Corporate is going to investigate this issue because it’s wrong of what they are doing.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell. I couldn’t get my Luke box deal. They say you have to order online. This is BS because there is no sign stating this. I won’t be coming to this Taco Bell anymore. What a waste of time. Franchise owner is probably making up his own rules to save money.

Disgusting experience. Service slow. Worst thing: both toilets closed, had to be opened by staff. Took 15 minutes. No toilet paper, refilling took 10 more. No soap.

I get there, went in and decided to go wash my hands first. They have a notice restrooms for customers only.
So went back to front counter and one of the female employee glanced at me, no how may I help you or anything close but I do ask for the key to use the restroom and then she said ARE YOU GOING TO BUY ANYTHING? then I proceeded to say excuse me? Then again she repeated the same question ARE YOU GOING TO BUY SOMETHING?
To the store manager:
Didn’t get to wash my hands, your store didn’t earn my business and lost a customer for good to that location.
Now is up to you an Address the situation And really hope that Corporate looks at this reviews on a regular basis and find out about this MEDIOCRE training and Subsequently poor customer service and needless bad attitude Towards the main reason this establishment still open…

Had the worst experience there ever. We go to thus Taco Bell because they are kind, have quick service and give us accurate orders. Not tonight. I came back and she said where us the food we messed up? I showed her the taco wrapper that had lettuce and tomato on it. I ordered the burrito Supreme meal, taco no lettuce or tomato, burrito only beans. The burrito had double meat. I asked to have the meal replaced and they charged me for another meal. They did replace the taco. I ordered 4 cheesy bean/rice burritos with no spice. I have them and my son took one bite and said it was spicy. I took a bite. It was spicy. I put Tapatio on most everything. Your hot sauce is a beverage to me.

4 star rating is relevant to Taco Bell. By no means should it be compared to a 4 star rating of a casual or fine dining restaurant. It’s fast food, but this one is decent. Order accuracy, speed, service all on par.

This Taco Bell first came to this location to replace an old A&W and was built with a really cool 50’s diner theme. The recently remodeled one looks really nice as well. I don’t know if the place is locally owned and operated but if it is it shows. The place has always been well taken care of.
