The service at this Taco Bell was the west I have ever seen. They were very talkative with each other in the kitchen, but until I ask about my order 17 minutes after ordering did they start working on it. They were rude. They were not all that busy and the restaurant was a mess, as if the tables and dining room had not been cleaned all day. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. They had plenty of staff, it was not a staffing issue. Avoid this Taco Bell if you can.

BF Steak & Egg…Where’s the eggs? Little few pieces. It’s supposed to have a folded omelet size according to adds. Same for crunch wrap. I purchased one with no lettuce or tomatoes. Used sour cream. Meat wasn’t the main ingredient…cheese sauce was. ((*If better will update on next visit)). Thought they had the Nacho Fries as regular item. Not at this location….I need to change rating.(( It didn’t deserve a three star. Two a big maybe.))

Dining area was clean. Ordered breakfast box. And Fiesta potatoes. Ate a few bites of potatoes hard. Crunchwrap beans a bit sour. Asked for refund. Was given partial refund because she said I ate too many potatoes, lie 2 bites. Refunded wrap refused refund of potatoes then threw away my potatoes. Ps Rude. And charged for meal 13 not breakfast box price.

Not the cleanest place. Fast service. Friendly staff. Just gave 4 stars used to be 2 but the service is great. Cashier lunch time is awesome. Tanya she is very professional. Restroom still not the cleanest. Drink area stay dirty. Lol they never clean even before the lunch rush. Smh

You have to be careful cause they steal money !!! They always ask if I want nacho cheese and sour cream which they charge me for but never put it in my food also when they ask for donations they will still include it without your consent.

Easy to order inside, our cashier was great, engaging and he took the time to compliment my 90 year old mother, while having patience with her first time to taco bell. Food was hot and fresh. Inside was clean and cool.

I wish I could say I liked this Taco Bell. The reality is that this is probably the worst Taco Bell in Fresno. The ingredients are never the right temperature. Sometimes they give you old food, they tried to say that didn’t happen but my food was soft and cold within 5 minutes of when I ordered it. It’s a shame. This Taco Bell should just shut down. I never post cruel/bad reviews, but this Taco Bell is wretched.
