We ordered cinnamon twists and some other food items. Every time we go through the drive through we end up with a missing food item. This time was cinnamon twists. I called the store and spoke to a person who identified themselves as the manager and stated next time I should check the bag and make sure the order was right cause if THEY continuously make this kind of mistake then the customer should check the bag to make sure there wasn’t an issue. Why can’t the employee just check the bag before handing it to us. This has happened time after time. Normally we won’t complain and just take the small mistake here and there but when the place makes the mistake more often than most, there is a problem. Unfortunately the manager just kept justifying the mistake instead of fixing it and making sure the employees don’t make that mistake so easily.

This used to be the BEST Taco Bell ! The new management/employees SUCK! So bad . I legit asked for a breakfast Crunchwrap with GUAC they legit didn’t put any in it …. Super dry . I asked for lemonade and they legit gave me water …..the girl at the window super awkward didn’t even repeat my order …. The only good thing about all this was they’re quick I’ll give them that

This taco bell is stingy. Cheese sauce a quarter of the way full. The amount of Side of rice they gave is pathetic – you can literally see the bottom.
