I ordered, with the “pay cash at register option”. The manager proceeded to ignore me standing there for 4 to 5 minutes. The people that ordered after me, and paid by cc, got there food before I was even able to pay, which starts them making my order.
As I paid, I asked for a key to bathroom. Same girl said ok, and them proceeds to not open the door until I asked again.
I have my own (Styrofoam)cup, but the coke machine doesnt seem to work. I ask same girl, what is wrong with coke machine, she says “we have it turned off. Nothing further is offered.
Now I get my food, which i take to my seat, and realize I still dont have a drink. Coke machine still isnt turned on. I go back and wait at counter. Same girl eventually comes over, I inform her that I didn’t get my drink, AND that the coke machine still doesnt work. She then gets me my drink.
Food was good, no complaints, but I didnt have any napkins, and there are none out where you can get them yourself. I wait at least 2-3 minutes, maybe longer, waiting to ask same girl for napkins.
She was insanely indifferent to everything. It was not unusually busy. She just really didn’t care, and there was enough small issues on a single visit that I had no choice to offer a review.
Listen, I worked eight months in fast food, faced the absolute worst of it. I know what it’s like to get burned at the grill, get treated disrespectfully by entitled customers and so on. But let me tell you, this specific Taco Bell has problems man.
The employees were rude, treating us like we were just a nuisance and made us wait five nearly eight minutes just to get our drinks once our food was done. Even then, it wasn’t even their fault, I blame management for this. They needed more people, not just for the kitchen, not just for the drive through, but for the counter to hand folks their food and drinks.
Don’t get it twisted, I don’t appreciate the disrespect we were handed by them, they really need to fix their attitude, bad day or not. I don’t like it when some arrogant worker treats my mother like some old hag. The point is, however, that everyone could be a happy camper if those stuck up suits they call corporate hire more workers, ESPECIALLY on week days.
In short, decent food, rude employees, not enough workers and, worst of all, disorganized management team. No mi gusta taco bell.
Edit: For the record, this review coincides with the one made by Rosamaria Galan (my mother), meaning this incident took place back in August 14th, 2026 at around 6:00 PM.
100 percent not worth the drive or the wait for this food ….
