I went to this location instead of the Cleveland one because they mess up my order Everytime. Hadn’t been a problem with Howard until today, when my girlfriend and I both noticed we didn’t have a receipt on our messed up order. I hate to say it but the location by the 145 highway is your best bet in Madera.

Customer service was lacking in high spirits, it was similar to a morgue but with less dead people. It didn’t seem that the young lady at the cash-register wanted to be there and that a shame. I didn’t know that TacoBell don’t take a hundred dollar bills even thou I bought 45 dollars worth of food. It was a inconvenience for me but luckily, I had it. After this I couldn’t find a clean/decent table to sit on. Even the floors unclean. So I ask the young lady again if I can have someone to wipe the table down, I believe she didn’t take it well. She did clean the table but left it wet, I doubt that it has sanitizer thou. After my family and I finished, I needed a small bag unfortunately no one was at the front and waited. But the lack of response, I use a loud voice to get someone attention. Luckily the young man at the drive thru (was very nice polite and well mannered) that what customer service should look like.

Can’t really complain too much other than sometimes my Mexican pizza gets put at the bottom of a large order and gets smashed. Rarely is anything missing or not made to order, maybe 1 in 50 orders and its something like lettuce when we requested no lettuce. Honestly it’s about what you expect out of fast food, maybe above average. Never a long wait even if there is a line of cars in the drive through. Very generous with hot sauce, never not enough.

This would be my go to taco bell if they allowed you to pick up mobile orders through the drive thru. It’s very frustrating choosing the option on the app then waiting in like and finally at the window being told you have to get off and grab your order inside!! Why?!

The Howard Rd., Taco Bell seriously needs help. Every time I go, there seems to be an issue. The other day I wanted a sausage crunch wrap… they were out of sausage. Another time the coffee machine was out of order. Today I wanted an iced Cinnabon coffee and they were out of ice! I asked the girl at the window… How are you going to serve cold sodas? She replied we will give them the soda without ice and if they don’t want it… Oh well. Also, a couple of times they ask you to use exact change or a debit/credit card because they don’t have change. This location is close to my house and convenient but I will start going to the Cleveland location. It’s much better and I have had no issues with that one.

I came to this Taco Bell to order dinner and when I got there, I waited for more than 20 minutes. No one bothered to acknowledge me or say to hold on, I was left there in silence as no one came to the register. All employees were just minding their own business and not even bothering to say hello and just ignoring their customers focusing mainly on the drive thru; providing the worst customer service I have ever received. Another customer behind us also left after seeing their disgusting service. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would but unfortunately that is not an option.

Ordered food online through the app around 12:50 am. Store doesn’t close till 2. Order on the app said the food would be ready by 1:02, we arrived around 1:05-1:10 and was told “we close at 1” when online it says the store doesn’t close till 2 and was confirmed that time 2 weeks ago.

Staff was really rude. I made an order at the Howard location in Madera. Chose to pick it up through Drive-Thru. I get there and they tell me I have to get off because of taco bells “new policy…” then why would it be an option online? I have 2 kids under the age of 2 and this is a total inconvenience. I got to the window and staff was laughing and looking at me like If I did something wrong. It felt as if I was getting bullied for not wanting to get off. I asked how I cancel my order and she said “online” as they continued laughing. This is upsetting and hurtful.
