My wife and I have been to many Taco Bells across the country and this is the best we’ve been to. My
cheesy gordita crunch and taco were very crunchy and my wife’s chalupa was crispy without being too oily. They accommodated all our special requests without any problems.

Came to get food for at this location. Me and my brothers placed our order. We were never helped, we were actually ignored. From 7:20 to 8 we did successfully place our order.Tried to pay. Never got helped, I was able to pay. No interaction with the any of the workers. Like I wasn’t there or ours orders were not important. So after more than thirty minutes of standing there, i’m trying to get their attention, I decided to leave and just order food for mcdonald’s. I can Say now I am Mc happy!

I come here often. Disappointed after today though. Ordered a chalupa for drive thru. Another customer was sitting at the speaker box for 5 plus minutes ordering, so I left the drive thru and parked. I told them I had a drive thru order and they checked it in immediately. Yet i stood there for 10+ minutes waiting, while like 15 cars came and went through the drive thru. I have worked fast food before, I know that drive thru customers have priority. But to have 3 people packing ONLY drive thru orders and have me standing there forever when if I would’ve waited in the drive thru I would’ve been done. Unbeknownst to me at the time. I told them I was gonna go back to drive thru since they were taking a lot time (I had ONE taco). I went back in the drive thru line and when I told the girl my name, she didn’t know who I was. Said it wasn’t in their system. I said “didn’t I just talk to you inside? It’s the chalupa”, cause by this point i was irritated. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to make a chalupa. Finally got it, and they messily made it as though they were mad. I noted them putting napkins in every bag while I was inside, but they put zero in my bag. And also did not give me the sauce I asked for. I come here literally multiple times a week. Never had an issue. This is not how you do business. I could tell the manager, who is the bald dude, I’m pretty sure. But he always seems like he has an attitude and I’m not about to argue over one taco. But beware.
I did bite it before thinking to take the pic, but you can see there’s guacamole on the side (like the gloves weren’t changed) and it’s just a mess overall. Like I said previously, I come here often, and it’s never an issue till today. I’ve seen these same employees many many many times. But they make my taco a mess cause they’re mad? When they’re wrong. You don’t need 3 people packing drive thru. You’re not supposed to neglect in store orders cause of the drive thru. Especially since my order WAS a drive thru order. And me waiting 20 minutes for one taco, and I didn’t get a comp anything? They don’t know what good customer service is. Taco Bell, or not, that’s NOT how you do business.

Bad I ask for a code add 2 people and was denied . Look at the cameras . I called 4 times it talk and was denied 3 times, I’m not mad they denied me but mad they would accept the problem. Just say the bathroom isn’t ready instead of kicked 2 people out without orders after they was 3/4 into order … I was about to buy cheese !! This size is looking to loom Taco Bell lovers I called 2 more stores to try and see but they said that store is lost … I’m sorry but I want beans and cheese with a bathroom ready this store sent me and more away
