So where to begin haven’t been this upset in a long while…. Misunderstood mango fiesta for mango refresca said mango fiesta like 10 times mango refresca is 4$ she traded my during for a large and a small drink straight shorted me my money .. next black bean crunch wrap No lettuce No tomato come to find out it had both lettuce and tomato…. Asked for hot and fire sauce got none…. And to top it off gave me attitude like for real suck at your job and give attitude …find a different job… Date 11/17 time ordered about 11:15 pm worst service out of any taco bell ever so upset I set my food aside to write this review and gonna write on yelp and message your corporate. I’m that upset will not come to this taco bell again.

I mean it’s taco bell so you know how it is, but my experience was especially good this time, the lady taking orders and making food was super helpful and respectful and got everything right, I believe they’ve hired newer more respectful workers in recent weeks cuz your guys’ quality has gone way up! This location on South Broadway is always very timely. When using the drive-through, their food is well portion, and the service at the drive-through is always exceptional. No complaints at this location.

Won’t be back! We were walk-in customers. No one acknowledged us waiting at the counter. Two parties that arrived after us knew the drill and went straight to the kiosks to place their order. Would be helpful to have a sign at the counter stating that all orders must be made at the kiosk or online, if that’s what is required.
Ordered from the kiosk but the option to add green sauce was not available. Food was as expected, but the cup for ice tea was not provided. Needed to ask for that. Also asked for mild taco sauce and was advised that they had none. Only options were Diablo and Fire sauce.
Given what PepsiCo is doing with Taco Bell, if I were to return to this place I’d expect that I would need to prepare my own meal
