This taco bell is 100x better than the one on Oak Park. Make the extra drive here if you live closer to the other one. Portion sizes are wayyyyyy better, cooks actually take their time and make things delicious and the food is never old and dry and cold like the other Taco Bell. Thanks!

Waiting in line writing this. They gave my order to someone else. Thrn handed me a taco. Told them it wasn’t my order. Hey mistakes happen no big deal. But the lady told me to get to the back of the line and was ridiculously rude and acted like it was my fault. Terrible service from the manager

Very slow service, it was a simple single beef burrito order to go. Waited for 20 minutes to get my orders. It seems like Uber eat and door dash have priority over the regular customers.
Won’t be visiting here again. Customer service is not the what it use to be, over paid fast food workers are a bunch of lazy impolite people now and should be replace by robots. I bet robots are faster at making burrito. I’m not for replacing humans with machines but when fast food services are this way then time to fix the problem. OVER PAID SLOW HUNAN WORKERS driving the cost up on everything.

Came through the drive thru around 4-5 the crew back there took good care of me prior to previous occasions. Looked like I saw a couple new faces. Those to guys did a great job.

Excellent taco bell location. Very friendly and quick staff. Two employees were talking when I walked in, once I got near the register they stopped and immediately helped us. They made the food very quick and accurate. An employee brought our food out to us and before I could get up, he grabbed some utensils and brought em to our table.

Go to the one on Grand instead. They’re slow, but at least they make their food properly. Also, one of my pictures shows that I ordered a taco supreme, but clearly only got regular tacos.

Another Taco Bell… Another so-so experience. First the positive; service is fast. And staff is relatively friendly. Although I’m always fascinated by the “any sauce packets” question at the drive thru. Because they either don’t put them in the bag or ask you again once you’re at the pay window. This happens at EVERY Taco Bell. Just don’t ask . That’s how it was for decades and customers asked if they wanted some. Now you’re giving me a false sense that they’ll be included when most of the time they’re not. Anyway… Back to the positives, lol, they did ask me again at the window if I wanted sauce packets and they gave me plenty.
And now the HUGE negative – the shell of my Doritos Loco Taco was STALE. Yep, not crispy like normal. I get that there’s no way for them to know unless they eat it themselves. And let’s be honest, most of the folks going to Taco Bell aren’t fine food connoisseurs. But for this middle age man coming home from a long day at the podiatrist and bending over to tie down , I want decent quality in my fake Mexican fast food!
I’ll probably go back again and give them another . This store is was less busy than the one in Grover Beach and about the same distance from my house. But if I get stale food again it will be HASTA LA VISTA BABY!

I had a great experience at this Taco Bell location! The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service we received from Kiki (sp?). He was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful while we placed our order. Unlike many fast food places these days, he didn’t make us use the self-service kiosk — instead, he took the time to assist us in person, which made the experience feel much more personal and enjoyable.
It did take a few extra minutes to prepare our order, but Kiki made sure everything was correct before we left. His attention to detail and positive attitude really made a difference. Thanks, Kiki, for making our visit so pleasant — we’ll definitely be back!
