I wasn’t sure if they were even open. No cars parked out front and no one inside the store. The door was open so we went inside and walked up to the counter to order.
When someone finally did show up there was no greeting, no hello.
Could have either been a zombie or a robot. So he took our order, no thank you or it’ll be out soon or whatever.
So we waited and finally our order number was called.
The food looked nothing like the pictures and it was rather bland. I had to use a lot of Diablo sauce to get any kind of flavor.
And they do not carry Coca-Cola products so I had to get root beer again. This just was not a very pleasant experience for us.

It’s not hard to cut a quesadilla… yet here we are. One side uncut, the other uneven. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Pretty ridiculous. And why should you get more than minimum wage for just minimum service??
And here we are again, on 11/28/23, cannot cut the quesadilla at all now….see 3rd/4th pic.

This location is wildly inconsistent with their quality and presentation of the food. I came through the drive thru and ordered nacho fries and a few taco supremes. The taco shells were stale and the nacho fries were a soggy wet mess without adequate seasoning. The nacho cheese sauce was cold and congealed. I’m done.

So today I went to the drive-through to order my food. once I got to the window to pay they claimed that the card did not go through so they requested the card again after a couple of minutes they claimed that that the Internet is down and if I had cash with me which I did not. So I decided to park in their parking lot area with no food to see if they charged through my bank And, surprise, it did. I went back inside and showed them the screen of my bank account that it went through. They gave my food, but to double check, I looked thru my order and still missing a couple of tacos. They handed the rest of the tacos after informing them, very irritated at this point. so this place has a history of having problems every once in a while because I lived here most of my life. This may be the last time I ever order from Taco Bell.

Ordered a box and 2 doritos tacos supreme and a chicken quesadilla and they didnt give me the quesadilla so i said ok no problem it happens and when i called they told me “oh well we cant do anything ” i use to work in fast food and i understand sometimes its a dragg but they couldnt even apologize or anything
