I go to this taco bell quite frequently as its right next to the plaza I work in. I used to speak highly of this location. My food was always hot and the customer service was great, they were polite and overall good energy. The last few times I went in , nobody knew what they were doing , provided response like “I dont know what to tell you” and then today the guy at the window was a complete jerk. My bad I ordered through the app and it wasent reflecting on your end. I order through the app to save time. Grab and go and this time it was an issue.

Each time I go here, they forget something on my order. It has happened consistently now. The other taco Bell in town has it down though.

This is a pretty good Taco Bell. Food is consistent and hot. Though the many times I have been there in the afternoon, the staff fails to step out and wipe tables. I chose a table and 3 different days that table isn’t wiped. As I am enjoying my lunch, I see not 1 person come out to do a check and they were not even busy.

This review is for recent observation of worker cleanliness. This store primarily uses kiosk for ordering food while workers prep. When a patron needed to pay cash the black gloved worker came to the cash register, kept gloves on collected money, returned the coin and paper change, proceeded to touch his face, head and earpiece then proceeded to returning prepping food.He did not remove or replace the gloves or wash hands at any time!! I worked in the food industry and this is clearly unacceptable. I was quite disgusted knowing this is acceptable.

Mercedes was wonderful. She assisted myself and several other people to order our food in person who were having difficulties and personally hate ordering on the kiosk. I personally hate how Taco Bell has gone to not in person ordering even for people who make the effort to come into the restaurant. Mercedes was pleasant and helped us with a smile.

Awkward using a kiosk to order. Apathetic employees leave you waiting to pay cash after ordering from a machine. It’s so dumb. I feel dumb here. What the heck is going on? Am I in prison? I feel like I’m on hold here. Nobody is happy in this spot.

Stopped in to grab a quick drink and use the restrooms. One was covered in feces and the other one looked like someone had died in it. One of the most disgusting restrooms I’ve ever seen.
