If you are craving Mexican cuisine, an authentic restaurant is the best.
Taco Bell is nowhere close to authentic but it has the best prices. Besides, you can get Taco Bell pretty easily even if you live in Japan.
I like the Value menu items for $3 or less every day. I also know of some super good deals and have received coupons in the mail. I have used them for few times. You could save a lot with the coupons.

I had a bad experience at this location. I was there with my family at 10pm to eat and 3/4 of the store was closed; this included the bathroom. I moved some chairs to sit my family near the outer limit of the “closed” area and was approached by an employee and was told disrespectful to not move the chairs. #1. Why are they closing down the dining room on a busy Friday night? #2. Why isn’t there any access to the bathroom in a busy restaurant? I was later approached by the manager regarding this and she said it was their policy to close down half the dining area and clean it so the employees don’t have to do it later when they close because they only have 1/2 an hour. Very unsatisfying experience to say the least. At least the food was good.

Today I was flabbergasted after spending this much money and getting like nothing what I paid for. They were also 30 minutes late making the food when there was nobody there but the fact they gave me this small cantina chicken burrito but it was advertised as bigger but they gave me something so small I didn’t know what to think of it plus it tasted horrible. I felt so ripped off and this place isn’t clean folks. The floors are so dirty you can see the grout pot black all over the place and I wouldn’t be surprised they have rodents and cockroaches in this place. I only go this place if I’m hungry but I really try not to eat Taco Bell food because it’s unhealthy food. However you should not be ripped off for giving them business like this and they give you nothing in return. I feel upset what got after spending $8.90 here. I’m going to file a better Business bureau complaint on this business because this is really needs to be reported to corporate office.

Extremely slow for even the most simple orders. They close down most of the restaurant at about 8pm. BATHROOMS CLOSED.Very inviting. We get to eat in a tiny section right next to the front door. I’m cold..Thanks.

When I ordered, I ordered 2 Mexican Pizza’s. There was a gentleman behind me. After I ordered I stepped to the side so he could order, and he did so, ordering the same thing I ordered. I watched as they prepared the Pizza’s and they called his name prior to mine. I am a black woman, he was a white man and the gentleman that took the order was also white. Normally I do not automatically go to the “ism” i.e. racism, but this was a BLATANT display of it. One of the line cooks, who was hispanic, stated to another hispanic male, that what just happened was “wrong” and peeked underneath it and apologized to me. He should not have had to apologize!!! I did not confront the gentleman that made the rude faux pas, but will certainly be hesitant to eat there again!

The absolute worst! Make uneatable food that you can’t even bite into. The smothered my food in hot sauce. Totally can’t even take a bite without coughing to death. I pay for steak burrito and I get sauce ,steak, barely any rice. Lazy workers and bad judgement. Just think about it. Who is going to eat that, when there is no solid matter. It’s a flipping sauce burrito. Forget this location save your money.

This is the second time I’ve gotten lower quality soft chicken taco with avocado sauce.. still tastes good just wish the other half was chicken as well they put literally all the topping to the other side to make up for it.. I guess? (Bought thru app, no interaction)

If you want to wait half an hour for your food then you can come here. Staff shouldn’t be fooling around and chatting it up when people are waiting for their food. Taco Bell shouldn’t take over 30 minutes

Came for some late night eats. Rude employee said “don’t sit in the chairs I’m not f**king around. Very unprofessional and just not decent to let someone not sit after a long day of work. This was at 9:30pm when they close at 11pm. He scared several other patrons that went to Cal poly.
