My boyfriend went to go pick up an order and not only did they get it wrong but the food was cold, the crunchy taco was soggy and the over all quality was just bad. Then when I called to complain they wanted me to bring all the food back… sure let me bring the food I took a bite out of back to you… ridiculous I will never eat here again. The crunch wrap had zero meat or really anything in it.. so sad

I especially enjoyed the limited time spicy steak burrito. It not only filled me up, but it tasted great.
Thinking it was going to be small, I also ordered three tacos. Mistake. I had to take the tacos home.

One question.. are you serving leftovers now? Horrible food! What happened to putting meat on something we ordered if that is what we ordered. I didn’t order any lettuce by itself! Come on,” what happened to this place? Taco shells are hard as rock and cold,chalupa shells hard as a rock and cold, everything was horrible. I was reading the reviews and none of them were good..but I guess it doesn’t matter to you because you don’t change anything.. I’ll tell you what I’m going to do to change it I’m calling the main offices,CEO whoever it takes so get ready! And abedurn if I call the manager working because they are allowing you to serve this food

Use to be the best taco bell in Bakersfield sad to say it is now the worst! Drove through for 5 lux box sub the chalupa for beef they had us sit out front for over 15 minutes waiting mind you I get home all the chalupas are chicken the beans on the double deckers we’re not fresh also the shells always taste stale Everytime I visit this taco bell I get bad service I have to order extra beans in a bean burrito just to have it made properly if not the burrito is rolled 3 times at that point it’s a bean roll up very sad I don’t understand why this taco bell has went down hill but should have some looking into they should want to hold their food service with some pride
