Taco Bell is fully automated. Trying to help my 86 year old mom order from the automated screen was a nightmare. The store have two menu stations but one was out of order. Having only one working station added to my stress. Customers were in line behind us and waited patiently for us to finish. We should have went through the drive thru. The drive thru would have been much easier and faster.

They got time to play grab a$$ but no time to do there job. Floor behind the counter is a mess. No customer service at the register. I pushed the dine in button and it came out as a to go order. Very poor.

I am writing this review specifically about the Carolina Reaper sauce. I grow hot peppers, including Carolina Reaper, and was excited to see the ultra hot pepper craze finally got to the mainstream food industry. The sauce tastes great and the location I visited gave me an extra container of it but I am a little disappointed that there does not seem to be much Reaper in the sauce. On the Scovell scale I would guess this is somewhere between 10,000 and 30,000 but a sauce made from straight reaper/vinegar mash and seasonings would be easily over a million. Good attempt but if you want to please the people who are interested in something marketed as having an ultra hot pepper in it, I would step up the heat significantly, in the 1/4 to 1/2 million Scovell range for a serving.

Arrived to get some food, and wasn’t aware of a menu item being take off, and the person working the drive through named Selina n was extremely rude, and, condescending, and when we asked her to fix the order she took because it was wrong on the screen she said “I heard you” never fixed it and had her manager throw the incorrect order, out of the window at us
