After shopping my boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to try Taco Bell I had been craving Taco Bell for the longest and he doesn’t like Taco Bell so he said okay let’s stop by the Taco Bell at Chester and brundage. We ordered two number fours or the crunchwrap supreme meals which included the crunchwrap itself and taco and a drink. We then road home and I awaited this longing and craving for Taco Bell thinking it happened fulfilled. Upon unwrapping my food I was highly disappointed I highly disappointed I mean the crunchwrap it had no crunch it had no taste the soft and gooey and it was wet all over tacos through the same way and this is from a person that being myself having worked at Taco Bell knowing what a crunchwrap is supposed to be in taste like I was so disappointed that I could not help but let the public know about my awful experience. The food was so bad the tacos no crunch the the tacos were soggy and broke apart as soon as you unwrap them. The photos will verify my claims.

SERVICE & SPEED – we got our food in a reasonable time for it being 430 pm and a rush but considering they made it wrong I can see why . We ordered on the kiosk cantina Quesadilla cheese roll ups and double stacked tacos , my Quesadilla was modified to be steal because I do not eat chicken . It was still chicken …
RESTROOMS / CLEANLINESS – the bathrooms need a buzz to go inside but considering the area being a little “sus” I can see why they would make sure they know who’s walking into the room at all times . It is VERY CLEAN AND VERY SPARSE IN THERE . But it works …
Over all its convient for being right off of the freeway but hopefully your not in a rush to get anywhere and you can sit down inside to ensure you get what you paid for .

Well I was at tacobell ordering this lady is very overly friendly she moans and drags men’s names. When we go to the window when he’s giving the cash she rubs her fingers on the man giving money. And then still says “bye I’ll see you next time” and again dragging his name. Very digesting.

At the time of my walk in visit, none of the employees had knowledge to guide the customer through the process of ordering online, which I was told is the only way to order. There was absolutely 0 help with how to receive my free product. And the employee exhibited 0 concern. I know the employees may not have a lot, if any, customer service experience but the standard should be no less than being able to guide customers with the ordering format online since that’s the only way if you must go inside as a walk in. It sucked!!! And I remembered why I stopped patronage years ago.
