Drive thru lady was nice and patient with us, but I’m disappointed in the large nacho bell grande, the beans not only were dried out but they were tossed to one corner of the to go plate, which led to all toppings on that one area barely any to dip the chips that didn’t get covered, so I had a more plain chips than anything else.

Went inside to order being there was a long line. The line passed and I still had to wait 5 more minutes for my food. And then it was no good…. All 4 tacos looked like the photo below… Wow taco bell you’re really skimping now. We won’t return.

Don’t visit this location if you want to get vegetarian food when you order vegetarian food. I bought a black bean crunch wrap, they are so good, and there was beef mixed in with the black beans. I ate enough to notice stringiness. Red meat gives me a bad reaction that I will be dealing with for a few days thanks to the understaffing or lack of training here.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a Bacon Crunchwrap combo. The crunchwrap had no bacon and was dripping with oil from the hashbrown. All of the sauce was on one side so most of the wrap had no sauce. I tried to call the store 7 times and no answer or recording to leave a message.

I yearn, crave, worship this specific Taco Bell. WHAT YALL KNOW ABOUT A GOOD CRUNCHWRAP BECAUSE YALL AINT GOING TO THE RIGHT ONE! You can’t outdo the doer. The crunch, the crispy, the flavor, the texture. Taco Bell you are number 1 in my heart.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell not only is their food bad but the customers service is even worse . The manager Melissa couldn’t even address the issue i was having in regards to the terrible food I was given then I requested the number to corporate I was told to look it up myself. If you dare come to this Taco Bell stay away from the Mexican Pizza also if you order the soft tacos make sure you check them because the tortilla is hard . Never will ever come to this place again..

Came last night around 10:30pm everything was completely cold, ordered a crunch wrap it was flat hardly any meat. Came in the morning since I couldn’t get ahold of anyone over the phone and by the time I got home to eat it was close to closing time. Came in the morning after being hung up on over the phone and when I tried to call back phones were going straight to Taco Bell’s voice mail. Worker who addressed me were rude from the start and not wanting to accommodate anything, because THEY CAN I’ve had orders remade with or without food given back at other Taco Bell locations in town and even the one I worked at on grangville because customer satisfaction was the #1 priority! she called her GM and said she’d only be able to accommodate $10 worth out of the $20+ meal and then when the GM gave me the remake she said to eat it right away because with all the cold ingredients the food gets cold quick and the food does not stay warm which is a complete lie because I worked at the Taco Bell on Grangville and 11th months ago and we never told customers that or acted that way the food is always warm to perfection. It seems that the Taco Bell by Costco in Hanford CA is full of women who have attitude, are rude, and have poor customer service skills that need plenty of work. It’s not cute to have a rude attitude to CUSTOMERS. Customer satisfaction seems to not be their priority at all. Lesson learned don’t return to Taco Bell by Costco.

This location sucks! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time, there Is an issue. I asked the worker if all my food was in the bag because the bag looked small. He said it should be. And I was like, “Umm, it should be, or it is. And he reassured me it was. So I pull over to double check, and of course, I’m missing items. I went inside, and the worker seemed annoyed and talked over me, and then I sat and waited, and they re made my order WRONG! So I had to wait longer. Done going to this location.

They state drive through closes at 1am yet at 1250am they are completely closed. No one answers the drive through and no one answers the phone yet you can clearly see a couple of workers just chilling on their phones . If they are going to close early then state it on the window/website/google maps. If you say you are opened at a certain time then be opened then.

Very very slow service. I don’t know if there all new employees or what. Three tacos took them 5 minutes and I’m on a 30 minute lunch at the Costco right behind it. It’s not the first time either. Many employees skip going to this Taco Bell because its SO slow.
