Everytime I’ve gone there the workers have been the friendliest!
Didn’t hear them call my order, they were so nice and insistent to remake my order.
I was embarrassed for not hearing it being called. They made me feel so much better and we’re amazing at handling it the way they did.

Oof. The fact that they’re open late keeps this location going. – Kitchen messed up an order that the drive through had ticketed correctly, end result was serving meat to a vegetarian. – Add to that the fact they seem to apply not half or a 3rd standard meat, but about 1/4 average meat per taco (and yes this was cross referenced by multiple tacos). Terrible.

I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell until today. I ordered a quesadilla and when I got the food it was cold and the cheese was not melted at all. a cold quesadilla is kind of disgusting.

Completely renovated from the ground up In 2018. Now, it is completely overrun by homeless visitors from the river bottom. I’ve been here twice when some homeless people got into an argument. We used to come here because it was the nicest Taco Bell around, but now I don’t feel safe bringing my family here. Something needs to be done about the loitering outside.

Walk in to dine. We placed our order and went back to get a separate order to go. Nobody was at the counter. Every body was at the back prepping. One lady came to the front made eye contact and I thought she was gonna take my order but she ignored me and went to the back instead. She didn’t even call someone to take my order. What a service! The cashiers name in my receipt was Catalina but it was a male who rang me up. He seems a new hire.

Found a hair in my nachos ..so disgusting. I was already home and didn’t want to waste my time driving back to get more of this nasty food. So I called and unfortunately got no answer but a message saying they could not take calls at this time. So disappointed especially with all the safety precautions these places are supposed to be taking due to the covid,just makes me wonder .

Order food on the app before I drove to the location. Was hoping my food would be ready to go when I arrived and I could just leave but they didn’t start my order until I arrived. I had to wait for them to prepare my food. What’s the purpose of ordering on the app and heading to the location and checking in if they’re not making the food until I check in at the counter?
