The food was disgusting. All of my hard tacos were soggy . Also, the rest of the food that my family order was cold and tasted gross. Hygiene was poorly inside the restaurant, young teens were running the night shift ,which some were on their cell phone and some had no gloves as they cooked . The restrooms had poop on the toilet seats and were extremely dirty.This store has sadly been forgotten by managers and food inspectors. My family and I love taco bell and have been to many Taco Bells,but sadly this has been the worst Taco Bell we have order from . Never again will I ever order from here.

Most disgusting place! You can tell that the tables have not been cleaned in forever. The screen that you order from has so much Gunk on it I didn’t want to touch it. The bathroom has not been cleaned in weeks it looks so disgusting.
Editing to add that I regrettably tasted the food because I was starving and going into a the hr class. It was disgusting, even with a mountain of hot sauce. I ended up throwing it away and got a stomach-ache.

I had ordered 1 luxe box and nacho fries. they had given me the order so I went for a fry it had 0 seasoning and when I went back to tell them they had said there out of seasoning they didn’t tell me before the order. the shell was extremely expired and the lettuce was brown and I will not be coming back.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went through drive-thru. Food tasted incredibly stale. Wish I saw the comments of this place before coming here. I’m gonna report this place with the city inspector/ Riversode County Health Department and im reporting this lace with the state dept. The older comments about stale food was literally one year ago and I didn’t see it until I was already on the fwy. How do you mess up Pepsi?! Even that tasted awful, literally like poison. What’s going on with management?! This place is a DANGER to the public. Please DO NOT EAT HERE.

Never again will I eat from this place. I got the 12 taco pack for my family. When we opened them up to eat we discovered they were old. The shells were stale and falling apart from the grease seeping into them, you could tell that they were made hours ago or possibly the day before. I don’t even think I’m exaggerating when I say those tacos were unfit for human consumption. They need to clean up their act or get new management because they’re either indifferent or too lazy to care about what they’re serving.

I went through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell to get lunch for myself and a friend. I was very careful to explain the order repeatedly to the lady very carefully.. as all my other visits, the order was wrong, and the tacos were so greasy I could barely eat them. I tried to call this location several times and no one answered, and when they did they just hung up on me. I will never go back to this location again

The chicken from the KFC side is always soak in grease as if sitting for hours.

i have dietary restrictions and i asked for a customized burrito and taco. thankfully i checked before i drove away and asked them to remake it. again i checked and there was still the ingredient i asked them to remove. it was also very difficult for the worker to understand my order. it was a terrible experience and i wont return.
