Check your receipt. Even though I tell them, “No thanks,” for their donation round up request, they still added it. It’s not a big amount, but it’s the principle. They weren’t planning to give my receipt, until I asked for it.

We visited this Taco Bell at 8pm on a Saturday. We tried to dine in but the door was locked! The website says dine in is open until 10pm!!! That is wholly unacceptable and a sign of staff laziness… Begrudgingly we went through the drive thru and the employee was not welcoming, like our business is a burden?! We ordered several small items, a combo, and a chicken quesadilla. The service was fast, but it was too fast… When we got home, we’d realized that part of our order was missing — ok fine whatever. Not driving 30 minutes back for it. Then the items were not cooked all the way with still solid cheese. We also had a horrifyingly depressing quesadilla with hardly any meat,cheese or sauce. Don’t bother going to this location until they completely fix all these appalling issues. I’m sorry for anybody working here since it seems like the only thing that’s important is the drive thru timer…

Usually do not post! Probably the worst drive thru service that I have EVER experienced. At 7:45pm on 11/6/23 the person that was letting customer know to go somewhere else because their system was down for 10 minutes. And then says just “go somewhere else” so rudely when we were willing to wait. That is someone who IMMEDIATELY needs fired. We literally asked them what their problem was. Will be notifying corporate.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Two times I’ve placed orders online and picked up in the drive thru, and both times the order was missing items and I was given the wrong things. They are always out of something here (Mild sauce, sausage for breakfast, dr.pepper, all of the Brisk drinks) it’s always something with them. This last time today there was a long dark hair in my boyfriend’s breakfast quesadilla (that was supposed to be sausage but they were out of it). I will not be returning to this location after 3 mess ups

I keep giving this location a second chance. But time and time again i get rude drive thru service and either get the wrong order or find strands of long Hair in food . Drive the extra 5 min to the nearest Taco Bell other than this one. This place is disgusting and unprofessional
