I went to this Taco Bell today. I had two orders and I told them I had two orders. They gave me my first order. I asked for my second one and they told me to drive back through the drive through. This was a waste of time. They have horrible customer service and don’t know what there doing. Do better.

It’s just fast food and you get what you pay for, but today I picked up and order for my coworker and I and I didn’t realize when I first grabbed the drinks. They totally cheated us out of our money. Both regular sized drinks were half way full. In this situation Taco Bell definitely did not give me what I paid for. We also ordered online and though my coworkers phone showed the order was ready, they were still working on it for a good 6 minutes after and then they forgot the drinks originally. When I asked for the drinks, we get them half full :/

Taco Bell is always a safe place to eat. This location has a friendly staff and it’s very clean. I usually order the ground beef chalupas, but I’m this trip I ordered the steak chalupas with mild sauce on the side. I was disappointed with the steak – it was bland and it tastes like boiled meat. I expected more of a grilled steak flavor. Their ground beef chalupas are much tastier. I don’t think I’ll order the steak chalupas again. Overpriced for what you get!!!

The food wasn’t bad, like it was just thrown together; seemingly unrecognizable from what I was expecting.. the service is what made me feel the need to post. The cashier asked “what do you want?” In a way that made us think we were bothering her, snd when I asked for the code to the restroom she rolled her eyes and said “again?” I told her I’d never been here before and she rolls her eyes at us and said she would open it for me and that we didn’t need the code.. the whole experience was weird and low key insulting, I’d be surprised if we ever went back to THAT Taco Bell because of the service…

This taco bell used to be soooo good 10 years ago. The quality of the food is terrible. The workers hear what they wanna hear and don’t give you what you ask for. I want extra cheese… always get charged for it… never get it… and they always tend to forget to give you your soda when u got through the drive through…. I avoid this taco bell at all costs and just go to del taco down the street.

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I would. After trying them a third time, I refuse to go back. This location is convenient, it literally is across the street from where we live, but I would rather drive further away than spend another cent at this location. They are extremely stingy with their food portions. My loaded beef nachos are always meager looking, lacking the actual nacho or tortilla chips and the supposed loaded beef is close to invisible. I could probable count on both hands how many actual tortilla chips came with my order. The chicken burritos are more like air burritos. Where’s the chicken?? The crunchy tacos are so flat, there is hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce in there. Going to other locations that do a great iob at making your order, you can totally see the difference in the portions you get!! You definitely don’t get what you pay for here and by the looks of the comments, I am not alone. Beware and stay away from this location! I would not be surprised if they eventually shut down. They don’t deserve our business!!
