Just stopped by for a quick taco and the service was good and fast. A little bit cold inside but clean. What made me leave a review was the food, fresh and hot. The best Taco Bell you can get. Will be coming here for Taco Bell now.

The other day a friend and I walked in and there was a man standing at the register waiting. He said I think they want us to order our food on the self check out machine because I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes at the register for someone to take my order and they never acknowledged him so he had to do it himself on the machine.

but since I didn’t know how to work it, I stood in front of the register, waiting for somebody to help me so then a younger girl comes up to the register saying for me to do it myself on the machine and I told her I couldn’t figure it out so she proceeded to tell me that she was way too busy to take my order at the register.

The whole entire store was completely empty. They were mostly focused on the drive-through orders, her and another tall girl that was making the food were completely rude. I cannot believe the way they treated us and we’re rolling their eyes anytime we asked for something..

Right before we left, we asked for more hot sauce and the girl threw them in the bag aggressively and just walked away. The vibe was so off and rude. I can’t believe people could treat people that way….

This happened Sunday 12/7 at 2:20pm

It’s Monday 11/10/25 1:25pm. Just ordered from the drive through and the “sassy” heavier set dude taking orders and money asks me if I’d like condiments. I say “yes a lot of the hot sauce please”. He THEN asks how many. How many sauce packets? Passive aggressive way that I’m sure is store policy to ask for a lower amount. I use almost a whole packet with each bite. So I say “uhh.. 12”. In his sassy tone and demeanor he opens his eyes wide, and looks to me asking “TWELVE?” and I say “yes” and he turns his head, then proceeds to shake his head as he counts out my sauces. Guy, grab a fingers full, and put em in the bag if you’re gonna back-sass customers in response to their requests. I just spent $16 even on a stinkin burrito and mexican pizza with no combo. I dont need your attitude because I’ve asked for too many sauces in your eyes.

Disappointed, I paid .90 cents for tomatoes and THIS is all I get? And ANOTHER. 90 cents for extra cheese on this tostada AND a bean burrito and did NOT get it. I pain almost an extra THREE DOLLARS, for nothing. I didn’t see it until I got home. BUMMER. Taco Bell used to be the BEST! Now, not so much.

Taco Bell have very reasonable prices for Mexican fast food. They keep their restrooms clean and are open from the drive till 2am. They also provide highchairs if needed. A casual and fun place to eat at.

I showed my discount card and didn’t get to use my discount because an old cashier lady didn’t know how to take my discount and says their manager wasn’t there to help me. So I left unsatisfied with my visit.
