Stopped in here with a friend to grab a bite to eat. Staff were excellent. Customer service on point . Dining area was super clean and organized, and either in use, or prepped for next use. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Food is great! They have the lower calorie “Cantina Chicken Bowl” on their menu that fits my low calorie diet. Will surely return many times!
Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kindly take action against that employee so he doesn’t do something like this to another customer.
I was at this taco bell at 2am feb 9 to pick up a door dash order. The male employee working at that time was horrible, disrespectful and racist. I forgot to speak at speaker as I wasn’t aware of the process to pick up orders. The employee even after giving pick up name made me go around the drive through and speak at speaker and then come pick up the order. I felt really horrible and employee was rude and unprofessional. What’s even worse was when I came back to pick up another order he bluntly refused to give the order to me and I had to cancel the order. I di not expected such inhuman behavior from a taco bell employee. Disgusting and pathetic.
Stay away at all costs if you don’t want to be treated inhumanly

So when you don’t have the staff to have the lobby open at 7pm on a Saturday you need to update the system so we know not to visit. Placing orders and sitting in the drive though for 20 minutes isn’t OK.

Plant-based beef (PBB) on limited trial for a week or so 4/21/2021, subbed for ground beef at no charge (!) on request in person or drive-thru NOT app or kiosk (for the test). I think they got this right! Very good flavor, different from the Del Taco product, pea/chickpea based. Dine-in completely open again-the newest design; self-serve drinks, wifi good. Also excellent, friendly staff that helped me with what was in this new product so I could understand it. As good a megachain experience as I’ve had, and I think it bodes well for the fast food future!

I asked for two beef hard shell tacos at 7:30 am just to get home and had to return because I was given 2 bean tacos. I was purposely given 2 bean hard shell tacos. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but I’m black and it seems that even though I’m kind I’m always given the wrong order. This location needs to train the workers to not discriminate because all paying customers are paying the salary of all employees.
