This is a fairly new store. It’s good for the area. We have another Taco Bell, an older store in Lake Elsinore, which I’ve stopped going to, as much as I LOVE Taco Bell!! ❤️ I was sure the new store would be better. Sadly that wasn’t the case. Same issues as the other store. Main issue, while prices have gone up for “fast food”, the product is seriously lacking. No matter what we order, we always order you signature tacos! These two stores need some serious attention. You are lucky to get a tablespoon of meat not to mention anything else. I ❤️ the taste of the shell, but at these stores the shells are, soft and mushy or broken with what filling there is “falling out”, grrr…I’ve been going to TB since you opened and served my beloved taco bell burger? What’s up Taco Bell??

i love love love taco bell and get it maybe 2-3 times per week. Each time we go to this specific taco bell and usually they are great. However for dinner tonight we picked up some taco bell and the service was horrible every worker was outside trying to buy cookies and was ignoring customers. Not only were they rude they also messed up
my food. Paying no attention to my specific customizations they had put sour cream on my burrito which i am not able to eat. This could’ve caused issues for me if i hadn’t noticed and spit it out. Not to mention that i spent so much money there and my other burritos are about the size of the saucd packet. Very disappointed.

I love taco bell! Disappointed when my hubby bought me home some burritos. Very little meat. They didn’t even look like burritos , more like a soft taco.

Bruh this place is not the one. I’m all about this new taco bell location but it seems like every time I’m here they mess up my order. I order the black bean instead of the meat and every single time they get it wrong. If u order the cheddar chulupa ur going to just get the plain one. Idk stuff is just not made right here. It’s really water sloppy and the bread is always just cold or weird.
Most recently my entire order was made wrong and then picked through to salvage what they could. Order was remade and was still wrong. Got a black bean tostada with no black bean .. then my taco had meat still inside of it .. everything was cold.

I placed an order through the app to pick up in the drive thru, but since there was a long line of cars in the drive thru I decided to go inside instead. I had not done that before so whenever I get into the drive thru I let them know I’m there to pickup and that is when they start making the food, which is great because the food is fresh. Since I changed my mind and went inside instead I got there and said “I’m picking up and order for Patricia” and they said “ok”. I was standing there about 10 minutes and finally one of the ladies says “you have to check in on the app so they can start making your order”. I had no idea I had to do that when picking up an order inside since i always pick up in the drive thru. For that reason I gave this location 4 stars. They need better communication with the customer especially if they see someone standing there more than 10 minutes.
Besides that this location always has fresh food and they are polite and if you want an item made a certain way they make it that way which is great of them.

I stopped by today and ordered 3 dorito loco tacos and 1 vegan spicy potato taco. I noticed they were going give me a large drink so I told the cashier I wanted smaller one which she did correct it for me. I really liked the spicy potato taco, but maybe next time I’ll say extra light on the sauce. I also noticed they didn’t give me the diablo sauce but they gave me hot. I am giving 4 stars because at least my tacos were made with enough of the ingredients and not sloppy. I would have wished she would have refunded me the difference of change since I asked for a smaller drink but overall I am glad I have Taco Bell closer to my house and that they are offering vegan options.

First time eating Taco Bell since before the batflu hit..& for good reason.
I decided to give it a shot today. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, Chalupa, & Baja Blast. Over $14 for food was a shocker, then to add insult, the Chalupa had almost zero beef in it. Like maybe two tablespoons total. I’ve had double the amount of beef in the cheap taco deal at DelTaco.
I won’t be back as I am not paying twice as much compared to DelTaco for less than half of what food would be from them.

From my late Thursday night drive thru order, there was no meat in the skinny crunchwrap “supreme” that was supposed to have beef and there was hardly any in the beef burritos. Mostly a bunch of flour tortillas with light dabs & smears of cheese sauce & vegetables. Quite insulting and a waste of money.

Every time that I’ve ordered multiple of the same item, they end up giving me less in each than what I am sure I’m supposed to get. Today I ordered two vegi bowls, usually the rice fills the bottom and theres just a scoop of beans, I ordered both with no beans but I’m still sure I was supposed to get a larger serving size of rice in both.. or they’ve been stingy with beans before. Besides that, the customer service is great and they work quickly.
