This Taco Bell has drastically gone down hill. The store used to actually have their food in stock even when it was late night. Every time i come to this particular location they are ALWAYS out of something. If not chicken it’s the beef and if not the beef it’s the steak and if not rice it’s beans ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING. How can you not have any food left AT ALL. I mean damn i just want to eat something and i’m always told there is nothing there. It completely unprofessional and it’s makes management look TERRIBLE. The only thing that is consistent at this store is their inconsistency. And i’m not blaming this on their staff because they are wonderful and always have a cheerful attitude it’s is SPECIFICALLY MANAGEMENT that is have an issue with. Because how are you going to run a store and ALWAYS run out of ingredients it’s just ridiculous. They need to fire this person and get somebody else.

Normally I love coming here but the last time I went Nathaniel H. was actively mocking me throughout the entire interaction to the point I almost left before I even got the food. I could also hear the workers yelling and cussing at each other while the drive thru window was shut.

Overall service was decent and food was also good but just upsetting that I couldn’t pay with a $100 dollar bill they claimed they couldn’t take my large bill since it was late and said they took the drawers money only leaving him with a both. It was 9pm. I understand if it’s policy but I didn’t see any signs saying this. I ended up paying 25 cash and since he said that amount was good and had to pay the rest on card and when he opened his drawer I saw large bills like multiple 20’s so I am confused as to why he didn’t want to accept my large bill.

I went to this location through the drive thru and they had warned me that there was no taco sauce which is okay, I guess… then when I got to the window they told me they had no beef which was the protein for my order.. Y’all need to get it together over here wasting peoples time..

Everything was typical Taco Bell. I enjoy their food, but the atmosphere was sad because everything’s computerized and there is no personalized attention. It was just very sad to see.

The worker handing out food at the drive-thru was shockingly rude and borderline disrespectful for no clear reason. She threw the food bag and was acting weird.
I called to speak with the manager, J. Walter, hoping to get some clarity and report this but she only made things worse.
No accountability, no resolution, not even a simple “sorry.” This was my last visit to this branch.

Hire staff who understand basic customer service and managers who actually know how to resolve issues—not escalate them.

Mmmm … Got the $6 bargain Meals… Don’t know how they make money on this one…One deluxe taco,one 5 layer burrito,Chips with cheese and a type of bread taco… I can eat a lot but this meal was meant for a person or Beast with a huge appetite…. Filled me up and was hot and tasty… O also a drink… up size the drink .50… Taco Bell has come a long way since the 60’s… Enjoy!
