Worst experience ever, we ordered online, and when we came to pick up at drive thru, they said we couldn’t pick up at drive-thru I had a large order 6 burritos smh and 2 order fries.

So when we got out to pickup inside, the food wasn’t even ready,
It doesn’t end there on top of All that, they gave us the skinniest Burrito ever recorded in history, they were more like Taquitos.

It’s great if you are going through the drive through but it is a pain in the butt if you go inside! Why?!? There is no menu above the cash register so you are forced to go on the Kiosk to find “the specials” on the menu.

I walked in & then, walked out because this place is so USER UNFRIENDLY! Noticed that another group of people did the same thing because the frustration level was so high from not being able to see the menu & only one one person can be on the Kiosk at a time!

If you can’t advertise your specials where we can all see them, we will either go through the drive through or go to another fast food restaurant, like Del Taco that has them listed above the cash register that makes it USER FRIENDLY!!!

Great drive thru experience. Ordered thru drive thru. I was really really baked I drove off after only receiving my partial order. The worker chased me down almost towards getting to the main street. If that is not amazing service I’m not sure what to call this. Would def recommend.

Nothing but great experiences here. I eat here a couple times a month and have never had a mistake with any orders, staff is always nice & quick with the orders. Never has a long line in the drive thru. Looks clean. Have no complaints

The meal was delicious. Service was prompt and I was able to pick up the food quickly.

My only “issue” is that when orders are created online and are to go, the drink lids have a “Taco Bell sticker” on them… and I appreciate that! I really do!! It’s to prevent a drink from spilling but I can’t get the damn sticker off sometimes. It makes putting that straw through the hole difficult.

Anyways… overall, it’s delicious! No complaints on that front. If you’re a fan (like myself), these small hiccups don’t amount to anything, but I’m just hoping the corp sees this comment and comes up with an improved solution to prevent drink spills.

The salsa pack was almost as big as the So Called Burrito they gave us.
They should sell those for 50 cents.

This Taco Bell has a newer facade, LCD readerboards. Very clean, I placed the order on the Kiosk. While I was waiting the manager even made sure my order was taken care of. Today was a warm day and the AC inside felt great. I stopped in here and was in and out within 10 minutes so I could have a bite to eat before church down the road…

Employees are horrible. They spend too much time talking to each other and ignoring people waiting at the counter. My son in law asked to use the restroom and they said he’s not a customer, which he was and they would have known if they would stop talking and pay attention to customers. When they finally buzzed him into the restroom, he was shocked by the door.
