The longest drive thru line guarantee waiting for your food for 20-30 minutes. Inside isn’t any better. Waited over 20 minutes for soft tacos before just walking out. Another customer was waiting for over an hour for their food.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Check your bag before you leave! I went back twice for 1 order and they still got it wrong. They will charge you extra for steak and give you ground beef. Two times in a week my drive thru order was literally ruined. I ordered a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito & was given a burrito filled with meat & beans. I had to go back inside and wait for the correct order. A few evenings ago, I used the drive thru again. I ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza with double beans. I was given a regular Mexican Pizza with extra meat. I had to go back inside and wait for another Mexican Pizza to be made. I asked to speak to the manager, who mumbled “Sorry.” Guess what Taco Bell. Sorry doesn’t help. I explained to this manager that this is the second time in a week that my order had been wrong & that I don’t appreciate having to park, exit my vehicle & come inside after using the drive thru. The manager could have offered me a free drink or a free Mexican Pizza for my trouble and wasted time. Some extension of good will, but chose not to. Guess what Taco Bell Management, it is called a DRIVE THRU, which means that customers ought to receive what they have ordered and then be able to drive away. Please retrain your staff or find new employees who actually care about your customers.
