Nice to see 7-layer burrito and caramel apple empanada back, but the inside ordering experience has only gotten worse. The kiosks are useless especially for cash payments (a common problem in the fast food biz) and it’s a long wait for the register. You can say “that’s all” as often as you want but they will keep insisting on you ordering something else

There was a huge line in the drive-through so went inside to save time ordered on the kiosk noticed the whole drive-through disappear. They kept giving Uber people their food and I finally asked about my food and then they made it waited over 15 minutes.

A little slow with the service inside. The seating area wasn’t busy at all, yet, the tables hadn’t been wiped down in a while and the floor hadn’t been swept in the same amount of time. Food was good and I got exactly what I ordered.

I came tonight around 12:40 in the drive and I was being polite come often around this time every now and then and the lady who took my order from the start was very unprofessional and very rude, coming from someone who had worked in fast food before I understand how difficult it is but isn’t right to give attitude and gossip about the costumer infront of them , when I come at night I always experience a sweetheart that wears a mask and she’s had great customer service to the point I have tipped her but this time I came who I’m assuming is the manager because she had a different uniform than everyone else was giving me attitude and a look and would slam the window

We did a mobile order& it was after the inside was closed so we had to go through the drive thru& it was so long so I parked& went and knocked on the door& the manager was so rude I will never go to that Taco Bell again.

UPDATE. I don’t know what it is bit now this taco bell lags. The employees are nice, they’re polite, and they’re helpful. But holy moly are they so much slower. The past few months my average wait time is 25 minutes!!! Does that seem normal to you? Do NOT dine in because they prioritize drive through. I’ve ordered 15mins ahead of time so I can have it ready when I get there, I like eating out at the actual place. Food wasn’t ready and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. It does not take 40 minutes to make food. PLEASE hire more employeess. They go back and forth and seem busy so I’m not blaming them, the manager needs ri hire more people.
Sometimes when me and boyfriend go, a female won’t look at me but will be nice to him. He found a black hair (not my hair color) in his nacho taco supreme. I’m not going back, they’ve been slow, rude and/or disrespectful.
