This location has gone way downhill in the last year, especially the evening shift. I wouldn’t order from this location after 2-3pm.
Update: now they have eliminated their best value meals leaving no real reason to visit this location at all if I want to spend $15 on lunch/ dinner I can get it from a real mexican restaurant!

Walked in today. Empty restaurant with one employee eating his lunch. He watched me walk up and stand at the register. I could hear employees somewhere in the back listening to something on their phone and commenting about it. After 5 minutes I left. The employee eating just simply watched me go. I won’t be back to this location. 0 stars

Came here last night for a Baja blast. The young lady at the window was just amazing. I don’t have much to say about it because it was just for a quick drink but her kindness really made our night. In Cathedral City this particular Taco Bell is very quiet, no busy drive thru (regularly).
It”s very rare to see this Taco Bell busy inside, it will always be practically empty.
The staff is kind if you order inside, when you do drive thru the staff however will be on more of a rush to get you moving forward so it’ll feel slightly different.
In this occasion I ordered the Deluxe Box Combo & I highly recommend it, my entire order was complete & was hott by the time I opened it. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars on the food I was very happy.
There’s however been times where they’ve made mistakes with my drive thru order. Not giving me what I ordered or giving me someone else’s order lol.
Sodas are never Flat! That’s a plus.
Food is great (the chicken here I like better than Del Tacos)

Poor customer service skills overall, not hospitable, no common sense used during the operation, forgetful, in a rush, & not assertive in any way shape or form.

Manager screamed at me that the lobby was closed when I was picking up a doordash order. I then waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Terrible service

Ordered with the app, which adds more value, in the lobby. Food came out fast during a peak period of the day, was visually appealing, and they had apparently just brought back nacho fries, which was always one of my favorite items.
