So I was told I have to use the self service kiosks because the front cashiers pc were down. So what they did is locked it on an order and said it can’t be reversed. I then asked to have them to use the drive through POS(point of sale) it’s working with out issues. It seems like they (the 16 kids) who work behind the counter don’t want take orders.

Asked the kid where in the menu the nachos were. No answer, just stares at me. I ask again rolls his eyes and points to the right. No pizzas where he pointed to. The rest of the order process was a brutal customer experience. No acknowledgment, no eye contact, just pure disdain. What was incredible, is that he was super friendly to all the customers after me.

My bean burritos with green sauce substituted for red were not good. The beans were thick and pasty and the green sauce was almost non existent. This is a common Taco Bell problem. I am debating on whether to keep trying TB in the future. Not to mention the green sauce formula has changed for the worst. Bring back the old proven recipe please!

Walked up at 2157 hours, they tell me lobby is closed… Return with my car, I order a powermenu steak burritos, the healthy-ish option at Taco Bell, and they’re out of black beans… Didn’t bother to tell me until I was at the window and they had my debit card in hand.. poorly managed location.
