So it’s been like 25 years since I have tried taco bell and was like I see all these adds I’m going in. This place has the worst service possible. I stood at the front counter staring at employees for over 7 min and they just stared at me. Then they forgot an item, and when I went and asked I got nothing but attitude like it’s my fault…also they didn’t give us napkins I could go on and on but it’s just a fast food place so no point. I would just recommend not wasting your time coming here at all go anywhere else

I came here on Friday morning and then again after work evening went through drive through and simply asked if they can refill my drink I purchased earlier and I showed my receipt .
The old Hispanic lady raised her voice at me and told me she can’t do that in drive through .
She needs to be trained or fired … instead of having a attitude and talking down to me she could’ve said
“ sir i would be happy to assist you with refill but no through drive through company policy .”

Made me wait half an hour longer to get my food because they were challenged by taking cash as opposed to a credit card. Humans are a herd animal like wolves they should travel together and interact with one another. Going to kiosk machinery etc without human interaction is contrary to our species. The digital world is not healthy for humans. It’s not going to go away but there needs to be balance. Society is lonely articles all over. It’s because technology has replaced many human interactions.

I was going to write a review about this particular location a few weeks ago, but I’m glad I waited. I have been here a few times and the service and food was questionable. Came in today and it’s like day and night! Way faster service, good food, clean restaurant. Great job to the new management and staff. Just look at the difference in presentation.

You should put if your lobby is closed same way you say your hiring. Your uber eats description doesn’t have lobby hours. It’s so simple. I park to go in and 4 people get in the drive thru during that time. I hate companies that don’t think or care about others. Please contact me to pay me for the time I wasted trying to deliver one of your orders

My experience was good, June 2025. I ordered on the app, about 7 minutes after I ordered the food was already ready. The dinning area was immaculate and an employee was wiping down tables at the time I was there. The food was great compared to other locations. I normally get 3 pieces of diced tomato on my Supreme items, but they had plenty on my items.

This is a good Taco Bell. They have the ordering process set up, so you don’t really interact with the staff too often. I asked about my order & the person helping me looked a little lost in his own mind. It was not a big deal. He was nice, although not very tuned into what was happening in the restaurant. Like any Taco Bell or fast food chain, I don’t have huge expectations regarding customer service. It is also most likely because everything is processed using mobile orders & kiosks. That said, the food is delicious and fresh. It is pretty busy at this location at times, but they are quick. They were out of mild sauce last time I visited, but they don’t charge for up to 15 packets, so I am giving them a pass on that. As far as Taco Bell goes, this location is as good as any location, if not better. Cheers!!

They always close the lobby well before the posted time. Call me old fashioned but I like to sit and eat my food at a table, even if it’s Taco Bell.

Since the first moment I Arrived the personal was rude, the tables were really dirty, after a while I was forced to asked for my food and again the personal was yelling my name almost throwing to me my order… I like to see the good things of people and places but this taco bell is a bad one..
