He got my food order correct except for the drinks. I had ordered two large and he only gave me one. Then when asked for the other he made me pay again when I had already told him I had ordered it but I didn’t wanna bother and I just paid. I then got home and my tacos had little to no meat and cheese. I had ordered 5 crunchy tacos with no lettuce and this is what I got. Don’t go here they will give you like no meat at all!

They really skimp on their food it was so thin it was like just eating tortilla, I got 2 beef crunch wrap supremes.They used to be okay. But with all the Mexican food places around me. This place is really junk food.

This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered a chicken taco online. Once I got my order the chicken was moldy and looked like it had been sitting out for some time. I went into the store to get a refund for the item. The “general manager” then says that I need to go through the app to get a refund and cancel the order . When going through the app it didn’t let me cancel the order or get help and submit my issue. So I went back in and she stated she didn’t know how to work the app that I needed to deal with it. How are you a general manager but don’t even know anything about the app? So now I got no refund and couldn’t eat the food. Worst customer service ever.

Horrible customer service!! I came to this location with the intent to make a big order for to go to bring to a family function as soon as I parked I had to use the restroom very badly So I entered and ask the employee for the code for the bathroom and told her that I would be ordering a large order when I came out. Another employee rudely interrupted the first employee as she was kindly responding, and screamed to me that I was not allowed to use the restroom unless I order first. It was one of those situations where I had to go bad to the restaurant. I’m older and I just don’t have control like I used to. Luckily I heard to code from the first employee and ran to the restroom. When I was finished I rudely was greeted by the second employee who then said “okay so you better make your order now”!! Like HELL I AM!! I LEFT!! I don’t know where these people were trained for customer service but it is absolutely non-existent at this location.

I placed an online order and proceeded to the store for pickup. Upon entering, I found my order ready; however, there were three employees in the back laughing, and no cashier was present. I waited for an extended period, yet no staff attended to me, despite my order being directly in front of me. I felt unable to take my order while the three employees continued their conversation. This experience reflects poor service. I would advise against visiting Taco Bell, as there are other restaurants that offer superior service.

Every time I come to Taco Bell on 2nd Street El Cajon, the regular pepsi tastes weird. It tastes like diet was mixed with or somethings. I keep getting ripped off. No one seems to care. I have told them snd I get “I dont know” response. How about tell management and correct it?
