Hi everyone! Let’s give it up to the Taco Bell location that tows your car if you are parked there at 10 PM (Edit: actually it was 9:50 PM, so before the place even closes). Oh, you want to grab a quick coffee at the coffee shop next door? Tough luck. Except its only your car that gets towed while other people are left alone. Spoke to the owner of the cars and they were also customers of the coffee shop next door. Employees are unhelpful and refuse to provide information. When I asked for an email to contact the business owner to clarify the situation, they provided me a fake email. I’m not sure how you expect to run a business while literally doing the most to drive customers away. (Edit: this location is aligned with a shady and non accredited towing business, called Classic Tow Services.)

had an extremely frustrating and unfair experience with this Taco Bell location. my car was towed at 9:50 PM even though the store doesn’t close until 10:00 PM. When I asked the staff for help, no one took responsibility or provided any real assistance. I was given an email address to “contact about the situation,” only to find out the email appears to be fake or, which feels intentionally misleading. The towing was done by Classic Tow Service, and because of this situation, I was forced to pay expensive towing and storage fees for something that should never have happened in the first place. This location clearly lacks accountability and customer care.

This specific Taco Bell works with a towing company called Classic Tow Services to tow your car out of the parking lot for over $500. They will purposely have the towing services there to tow your car. Workers there are so immature, hiding in the back when asked a simple question about who called the towing service and why. They gave a fake email address, and know that this towing company is a shady business that only accepts zelle or cash to retrieve the car, plus giving out random prices every time you call. When confronted, of course, they act very scared and have no backbone. It seems as though they are affiliated with this sketchy business and somehow profit from it. Do not recommend coming here unless you too want to deal with this.

I was picking up a delivery order and they did not put the food in a bag or give me a straw. They were not busy, it was as if they just didn’t care at all about the service. I will never eat here because with such little care I am sure the food is not handled with care either and I wouldn’t want to get sick.

Food was alright for a Taco Bell it was up to par. The service was alright not rude but understaffed. Terribly understaffed, three people working and trying to take orders the drive through was bumping. We waited 7 mins for a mobile order we placed 10 mins before we arrived. However, the place was ridiculously dirty I am honestly surprised at their A rating on the door. The bathroom was abismal and it smelled gross. I wouldn’t eat here again.

The staff and food are great, when they’re open. However, there have been 4 occasions when I’ve placed an order on the app, gone to pick up my order between 12-1am (they’re supposed to be open till 1) and they’ve closed early. The app should at least alert you so you don’t order food and attempt to pick it up when the restaurant hasn’t adhered to its posted hours.

They had no line what so ever in the drive thru there no reason for me to get my tacos like this. I spend $21.00 there and all my food look like this. I will never go back here again and they didn’t give me a receipt.
