They forced you to use the automated menu they said it’s a trail to see how it goes, but I preferred to see the whole menu and choose and pay a person. The human component is there. The machine u have to know exactly what you want, or u will be there scrolling, looking for special or deals, when it is easier to look up at the menu screens above you.. poor idea .

We went through the drive thru and they handed me two boxes with no bag no napkins and no sauces we had to pull over go back inside and grab some sauces pretty ghetto. The lady seem like she was pretty busy she was moving around doing everything all at once. Never been a fan of Taco Bell and now I know why! the food sucks and I want my food inside of a bag I was literally dropping everything.

I had an issue with my online order via the app. I ordered for a specific time to be picked up. An hour before it was to be ready I get a text message it was ready to be picked up at the counter. Sure enough when I get there it has been sitting there for an hour. I tell the worker at the register about it and they look for another associate to help out. As the associate just started their shift I asked for their manager. I tell the manager (Sonia) of the issue and she quickly has a new order prepared. She has been very helpful at this branch compared to another branch I used to go. Within 10 minutes my new order was ready.
