Oí everyone, I never have compared Taco Bell with real Mexican tacos and burritos , but once in while I like me some Taco Bell food whatever it may be. Well they hit a new low.

Did an online order spent over 50 bucks for 11 items when I got it delivered which im aware wasn’t my driver’s fault, there was absolutely no sauce or napkins. I called to tell them how upset I was especially because I specifically asked for sauce and they said what do you want us to do. Like do your job and read the label!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would the lady who seemed to be in charge was very rude and unprofessional. Not only did she forget my drink she got the rest of my groups order wrong. When the restaurant closed she proceeded to kick us out by saying “the restaurant closed soooo,sooo,sooo yeah” with an attitude. We felt very uncomfortable and obviously left but she needs to be more professional. Not only was she rude to us but the way she was talking to the rest of the employees didn’t sound welcoming. She needs to learn how to be professional and a good team leader. Seemed very hostile and would never return here again.

It is not normal to wait 15 mins for soft taco and nacho. It looked like they only had 4 or 5 people at the store when you have people ordering at the counter, drive through orders, and online apps orders. Also it appears they don’t have people to clean up the dirty tables and chairs as well. Quite an unmanaged place. The employees are nice but maybe not enough?

Check your food before you leave! Im so pissed that I drove all the way home to find out they royally screwed up my order. Tried calling, no one answers. Waste of money, waste of time. Never going back here.

People were nice , I did drive-thru. I don’t come to this place often. Reason for 3 stars…I had a burrito supreme and taco supreme, taco was great but the burrito has beans very little cheese, hardly a bit of meat but not any that was visible the rest of the ingredients were enough.

I come to this location every couple of weeks due to business trips. Usually, this location is fairly average and doesn’t stand out. This time, I received the nacho fries and it’s not even half way filled. Management needs to step up their game or the employee doesn’t need to work such a job because they don’t care. The fries that I was served were cold. This is also service during night after 8pm.
