My overall experience at this Taco Bell has been great. Today I decided to come in and get some food and was welcomed with a leak in the ceiling. It was a minor leak and was made quite clear to stay woryy of the area. The leak didn’t stop the team from doing their job. Food was good. Nacho Fries seem to have been sitting in a heater for hours but exceeded my expectations. Nice environment and cool pictures on the wall. The cleanliness of the dining arean and soda dispensary area could be better. Food has been great quality since I’ve been coming here and I’ve had no problems with the food or team. Worth stopping by.

we went to this location, waited for around 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and tells us theyre closed. if they would have come on when we pulled up we could have gotten our order. the least they can do is put out a sign that says theyre closed. this is ridiculous. there are still cars in line thinking theyre open. they really need ti step up their game.

Excellent experience at this Taco Bell location. So much so that I not only ate lunch here, I came back the very next day and had breakfast! Service was quick and friendly on both days. The ordering process, despite having a station in which you could place your own order, was quite quick and efficient. All in All a very good experience here at Taco Bell. Worth the visit if you’re in the vicinity.

Placed an online order, online it says they close at 2am. Pulled up at 130am told the guy i had a pick up order he said they wouldn’t be making it since they had just decided to close early. Noticed alot of people have had this same experience of them closing when they want instead of when they have it posted.

Had an issue with getting my order completely wrong after getting home find out. After I called manager Daniel said nothing he could not do anything about the messed up order. He proceeded to just hang up the phone in the middle of me speaking. Contacted corporate who was able to verify the contents of the bag and the receipt were not even the same items

Worst bathroom ever the sink is broken off the wall. The water does not work at all no sign saying the sink is broke. They attempted to put caulking around it, but the whole sink is unsafe and the safety hazard. Everything is outdated here.

The Customer Service and attentiveness to detail at this Taco Bell on Rancho Road in Thousand Oaks is the worst. Last week I ordered two steaks soft tacos and when I got home 20 minutes later, realized that they were chicken! Today I ordered a cheesy rollup off their dollar menu and they tried to automatically charge me for a beef and tomatoes which would’ve cost more than the $1.29 roll up! When I told him, I only wanted the cheesy rollup off the menu, he again entered it, and added the beef and cheese, and I had to say again that I didn’t want that. As I was driving out, I decided since I had issues before to check my order only to realize that they never Gave me any hot sauce nor even asked me about it. What kind of Taco Bell serves food without hot sauce? I had to go back into the store and wait behind multiple customers before I could get a couple of packets of hot sauce since they don’t put it out , because I guess Customer steal it. The food at this restaurant is consistent as other Taco Bell’s, but the Customer Service is truly the worst! Need somebody to train these young kids on how to treat a customer and to properly take And Fulfill Mobile orders. But, at least they gave me a fork with my taco!

Fabulous people. Very polite and accommodating with dietary restrictions. Food was exactly what I asked for. The restaurant was clean and in good repair. The ambient music was great. You can tell that the people there really care about the details.

They actually helped me quickly when I needed the bathroom code and then later a water cup, and were respectful to me and didn’t treat me like an inconvenience. Food was also good. Would recommend.

It’s taco bell so not the greatest of food but it was decent enough as far as fast food tacos go. Service was ok too.
