I’m leaving this review because of repeated unprofessional behavior at this location. On multiple visits, staff have whispered, laughed, and acted immature while I was present. This has happened more than once, and it makes the environment uncomfortable as a customer.
I’ve already addressed this concern with staff and management in the past, yet the behavior continues. Customer service should be respectful and professional, regardless of who is ordering.
I hope corporate reviews this location and provides additional training on basic customer service and professionalism.

Got an order at almost midnight. This Taco Bell usually gets it right but this time my cheesy gordita crunch and chalupa supreme were cold an one was incomplete. I went back (very annoying to do at these times), and the manager was polite and gave me a refund. He said he’ll communicate with his staff. They better improve. Kitchen: you’re not the only ones who want to get home, have a nice meal, and maybe have a nap.
I’ll still leave 5 stars since this usually doesn’t happen.

My suggestion is to only come here if you are using drive thru. This specific location is not up to par on the inside. Always food on tables from previous customers and it has a very weird smell all the time.

Drive-thru. Food was hot. Watched the breakfast burritos get pressed. Quick service. Polite and professional. A little surprised at just how good the experience was as my typical experience with the Bell is not great. This however was stellar. I’m only taking a star off because the burritos were not very good. Not terrible, just had a strange taste to the flavor that I didn’t enjoy. However, I think that’s more of an anomaly IF you typically like Taco Bell offerings and generally speaking I do. I just don’t order breakfast here and probably won’t in the future but that aside, good trip the Taco Bell this morning. Pictures are a Cheesy Toasted Sausage Burrito and a Grande Toasted Burrito, Steak.

Drive through is fast but not precise, and ironically the dine in is slow but also not precise. Food is great but managers get pretty annoyed easily so be prepared for a mental breakdown. Also I ordered a grilled burrito on drive through and got a bunch of char on and in my burrito.

Unfortunately the manager today was very unwelcoming and unaccommodating. My wife and our children went through drive through and she forgot to include a bean cheese burrito for a child on the order. She asked if she could add it at the pickup window and the manager had an extended discourse defending his position of why he wouldn’t “disrupt his process” . The extended discourse took longer than if he simply would have added the burrito like every other fast food drive thru . This would have showed empathy to the soccer mom and five kids and prevented a bitter taste . Be kind manager and realize that some people may require a little customer service excellence above the average situation

I know it’s a Taco Bell and not a gourmet restaurant but LITERALLY every order is missing items or completely wrong. Due to proximity I have sadly visited this place about 6 times. Always some mistake. Today’s dilemma is a missing Chalupa & this giant piece of lettuce in my burrito that I specifically ordered with NO lettuce.

Service at the drive thru is slow compared to other Taco Bell locations. Try placing your order on the mobile app and then just going to pick it up, might be faster.
