Wow, this was just about the best customer service I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell! An elderly lady, walking super slow, came in to get her order. Dulce saw how elderly she was and offered to walk back to her car and carry her order (which was only 1 bag).
She showed amazing patience and kindness as she walked just as slow as the lady did. Once they arrived at the car, Dulce waited until the lady was seated and buckled in before handing her the order and closing the door.
Two thumbs up for going the extra mile!

Waited 20 minutes for my food, but it was somehow cold? This Taco Bell is consistently the worst I’ve ever ordered from.
Edit: after opening the rest of the items, I’ve now realized that the worker actually just gave me unprepared food. None of the cheese was melted and my grilled items weren’t grilled. I basically spent $30 on a Baja blast.

I’m at this restaurant and they gave my order to someone else. When I approached the counter, the woman was very rude when I asked for the drinks. She made me wait even longer than I already had and told me that if I didn’t want them, she’d give me my money back and I could leave, even though I hadn’t been rude to them at all. I thought it was very rude to speak like that in front of other people, and it was just plain rude. It’s not my problem that they don’t have enough staff to run the business. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant; the service is terrible.

Gladys, Cindy, Stacy and all the crew workg today, were very helpful and polite. My cheesy bean and rice burritos were delicious and the orange creamsicle slushy made it a great tasty meal.

When leaving the drive through I checked the bags . We were missing a burrito.. I ordered online so I know exactly what I ordered.. the lady at the counter tried to argue with my husband that she already made it.. he had to bring the bag in to prove we didn’t have it. Then my husband Opened his chalupa and there was just 2 little spots of meat.. very disappointed
