Please do not go to this Taco Bell and order food last night around 10:00 PM. There was four people in the drive-through including me I guess and employee could not handle the rush because they put hair in my food and it wasn’t just a strand of hair, it was a lock of hair, so please if you can do not order from this Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurants because you do not know what they’re gonna do to your food.

August 19th 2023 I had a great experience at the Taco Bell in La Mirada on Leffingwell Rd & La Mirada Blvd. I dined in and CELESTE was running both the drive-thru and the front counter. She’s a pro, and cheerful and you can see she loves her job. I complimented her to her manager and asked if she would forward my compliment to the General Manager Irene. Celeste is like a conductor of an orchestra who moves easily like lightning between the computer and the headset and the dispensers, and her coworkers / the prep team. And all with a smile for the customer! I loved watching her work. She’s a dynamo. And her customer service makes you feel valued.

It was a last minute lunch decision to pull into the Leffingwell location on Saturday afternoon. It actually looked closed as we drove around the front to get to the drive thru….. looked very dark and couldn’t see any customers. When we got to the menu we were greeted by a staff member who took our order. The burrito supremes we ordered were almost $5 bucks each and each burrito was very skimpy with the ingredients so it was disappointing….. not a fan anymore.

I struggled to order because the person taking my order didn’t speak English so an interpreter kept intervening, my simple order became frustrating and I couldn’t understand one word. I almost drove away. Then the lady who spoke English finally took my order I gave her my ATM card she gave it to the guy that doesn’t speak English he handed me my food but kept my ATM card. I pulled to the side stayed in their parking lot in eyesight of the drive through for at least 20 minutes eating my food that was wrong! and they didn’t bother to come out to give me my ATM card!! it’s 2 hours away from my house I drove home in my town and stopped to get gas that’s when I realized they still had my ATM card and I wasn’t able to go back I had to cancel the card I’m not trying to be mean or degrade anyone that doesn’t speak English, although this is America, but what I’m saying is I had a very irritating and frustrating experience and I wonder if I’m the only one.

Experience good but service bad,I the person 2hi handed me my food for more hot sauce cause I insaw 3 in my bag but bought 4 burritos disappointed when I asked for more the older lady with red hair and to much makeup said just to me in the bag and I was like ahhh okay 3 for 4 burritos thank you.
