I love their breakfast menu. Budget friendly. Served hot. Unfortunately no one to greet or welcome. Kios isolates friendly contact.

This specific location uses abnormally small amounts of ingredients/care compared to other locations. For example my tacos often have literally a pinch of lettuce and the burritos are skinnier and even grilled for a shorter amount of time and the nacho fries always have such little seasoning they’re basically regular fries. I’m not greedy and didn’t think it was a big deal until i went to another location where the service and quality is much better.

20 minute wait so far just to get 3 cheesy roll ups. They cleared drive thru multiple times in between serving walk in orders. Ot has now been 30 minutes and finally got my food.

This place has been such a disappointment. My boyfriend and I went down here once and loved the atmosphere initially. The employees seemed happy and service was good.
Because of this, we expected our future experiences at this Taco Bell to be pleasant. However, each time we did either online orders or drive through, food wasn’t great, moreover once they told us they were out of beans on a Saturday evening and then today, they wouldn’t even respond to us at the drive through entrance. Several times I said, “hello is anyone there” and nothing after 5 minutes. As we reversed out of there and went around, we see a car at the drive through window. We were ignored. I don’t understand why they couldn’t acknowledge us by saying at least to wait just a moment. This place will definitely not be on our late night munchies list.

Store hours are posted 11pm closing but wouldn’t take my order at 10:45pm the lady said “they were closed”. I asked “what time do you close” and she said ” 10:55 pm? In either case she was wrong and if the close earlier it should be posted. But them not wanting to take an order because they are lazy isn’t how it should go

Ozzy and his demeanor and customer service skills shifted my mode back to a pleasant start of the day after a kind of a long drive from Riverside, not to mention the grande scrambler and coffee that set just right in my tummy and so yummy!

A reminder to double check your orders. I used the kiosk to order a black bean crunchwrap supreme with all the custom options and I got a beef one. The staff quickly replaced it with the correct one with some added cinnamon twists and was pretty decent. The order was made during a slower period and this is my second time using the kiosk, I now know I can’t trust it. I don’t eat fast food often and I’ll be eating less now.

I was using the restroom inside this Taco Bell and when I got out it was 10pm. It says they close at 11pm but when I walked up to the counter to order something they said they were closed.

Less than 6 months ago, I saw a sign that advertised ‘Happy Hour’ drinks for a buck at TB.
Stopped in at this one and there was a paper sign pasted over the dollar with a hand-written $2 on it!
I asked the employee about it and he said it went up about 2 months ago.
I am NOT a TB fan but I had planned to order something to go along with my drink!
But I ABHOR the bait-and-switch tactics of these businesses, so I just bounced with nothing.
But I do like these establishments that have power outlets for a quick charge while eating!
But the few moments I was there, two outlets were overwhelmed with devices and no one was in the store.
As I left, a homeless man stopped me to beg for money; that’s when I knew who all the charging gear belonged to:
Hey Taco Bell, tell these miscreants that they can go to a local library to get charged up — not a restaurant!
Thank me later!
