The lady at the counter forgot to give us all our drinks for my first order, then I put in a second order with a slushie they passed out the food but once again no drink, when I asked for the slushy the lady yelled at me and said I already got all my drinks and I then had to explain that this was a completely different order

The girl working drive through was very sweet, but the young guy working with her needs to be retrained on how to talk with customers. Very rude and snappy, and literally slammed the window in my face. he wasn’t wearing a name tag that I could see, but the receipt says Oscar so I’m assuming he’s the gentleman with the attitude problem

It’s normally okay with decent service and the portions do tend to be small compared to other Taco Bells. I still like coming here though. The problem is that last Sunday I dropped by here and no one answered the drive thru. I hate being that customer that goes “Hello?” at the speaker but after saying “Hello?” like 3 times I drove to the one at Wardlow and Norwalk to get food. I don’t know if they were understaffed or not but I saw no one by the window so who knows.
