I experienced a disappointing visit to this establishment on Tuesday, November 25th, at 1:22 AM. I encountered difficulty understanding the female employee, who I believe may be the manager, while attempting to place an order through the drive-through. When I inquired about specific menu items, she seemed to struggle with comprehension and appeared to be rushing me to finalize my order. This language barrier proved to be quite frustrating, and as a result, I ultimately decided to leave.

Weren’t the friendliest staff. Person taking the order was being difficult when asking for modifications. Also could have been a little fresher. Thankfully the food was edible enough to eat though, a little cold. Its Taco Bell in LA so didn’t expect perfection. Just being straight with the review is all.

NO MEAT IN CRUNCH WRAPS EVER!!!!!
I ordered from this Taco Bell a few times, and every time they had barely put any meat in the crunchwraps. They would literally put about a quarter size of meat. Today I paid extra for extra meat. This time they literally put NO MEAT!!! They didn’t even put a penny size. It was basically a ghetto quesadilla made of nacho cheese and sour cream I even paid extra because I bought it on Uber and they mark the price up much higher on Uber. So basically, I paid my Uber driver a tip and for the Uber service for no food. I hate this Taco Bell and I do not ever recommend it. What a joke

Inconsistent fills of cups, one is missing an inch and a half of drink from it, feels like I’ve been cheated out of some drink/money
Edited to add: this order was also supposed to be no spicy ranch. Yet they failed to read instructions and added it to the Gordita crunch anyways. (Picture included)

It was always a dream to try taco bell one day. It finally came true. I was trying the doritos tacos supreme and they were so good, it was moutwatering. The place was very small, like really small. Just two tablets to Order and the cashier. The staff was nice, not the fastet ones tbh but ok. Outside were like three tables to sit. I really recommend the place.
