OMG someone PLEASE come into this Taco Bell location & CLEAN HOUSE!!!! This location NEEDS to be MANAGED PROPERLY because the current employees don’t look like they even want to be there. Horrible service overall, I’m sorry, but this Taco Bell is in a popular area now (SoFi Stadium is right down the street!) I ordered 3 taco’s supreme, this is what I received..

This Taco Bell is an absolute disaster. The food was lukewarm at best, and they somehow managed to screw up a simple order—missing half my items and giving me someone else’s meal. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less. I waited 20 minutes for my food, only to be handed a soggy, stale mess. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy wasted time and ruined cravings. xx

This place never disappoints me, I get off of work at 10:30pm so I never have many options on food. I always get fresh food no matter the time (I’ve been here at 11pm closing time.) Not to mention I get fast and friendly service. Don’t let the reviews shine you away, they have improved so much just in the last 2-3 months.

They can’t seem to get an order correct even after they repeat it back to us. A potato taco is different than a bean/cheese burrito. A chalupa isn’t a beef taco. Disappointing every single time. Drive-thru. It is not worth the frustration esp because the wrappers have multiple item names on it. Don’t want to open each taco, burrito, etc to see that they are correct. Train employee, please. They won’t pick up phone while in line to correct order. They cover themselves by not issuing a receipt. I asked for one and he did give it to me. I won’t return.

Worst service ever. You go through the drive through, place your order, they ignore you. Pull up to window to pay, this very dirty looking man at 4:24pm named Jessie had me asking for a straw. First of all they don’t give you a receipt. Let me tell you right now, YOU WILL REGRET COMing HERE!! It is soo DIRTY!! just don’t go so they can get SHUT It DOWN!! Food is awful! The supreme burritos we got today looked like soft beef tacos. It was wrapped like a burrito but FLAT. Didn’t even have much inside if anything! This is stealing man!!!!.
