This is a nice, modern store. Most of the time it’s clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. There were homeless people earlier this year but I haven’t seen them lately. The ice machine has been out of order for about 3 weeks.

I placed my order through the Taco Bell mobile app today and went to the counter to pick it up. The manager, Ricardo (or something similar), repeatedly told me there was no order under my name. I showed him my phone with the confirmed order on the app, but he continued to refuse to give me my food and insisted the order did not exist.
What made this experience unacceptable is that the moment my wife came to the counter and asked for the same order, he immediately handed it to her with no issue. The order clearly existed the entire time.
There was no apology, no attempt to actually check the system properly. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and it should not take another person intervening for a customer to receive an order they already paid for.
Very disappointing experience, especially with management involved. I will not be returning to this location.

Swamp Water
So I ordered at 4:38 I got 6 tacos and a pizza it was 26.38.I waited for sometime and nothing so I asked and a nice employee said that they called for it, I get it mistakes happen I could have been that I didn’t hear or the employee didn’t say my name loud enough or a combination of both. Then this rude lady (I think she was a manager not sure if her name was Bertha not 100% sure) said we already served that order and she implied that it is not her problem if I got my food or not. Then the nice employee saw a bag and it was my order. It was 5:26 when I left I opened my order and my pizza was crushed and my tacos were soggy and stuck to the rappers as seen in the pictures.

Food is great but it’s really annoying when I pull up to window, pay and get sent up to the curb. I guess they want to beat the time but they forget something and don’t wait for me to check bag so I have to get out of car to get whatever they forgot from inside.

Passed by the drive thru. The girl was talking super quietly I could not hear her. She seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I’m not sure what her name is but she was working at night when I passed by today around 8pm. She also forgot my fries and had me pull forward to wait for my order just to forget an item.

Horrible experience won’t ever come back to this Taco Bell ever again I sat in line for 12 to 15 minutes without even ordering my food customer service took so long that people started driving away I had to back my car out the driveway right along with others cuz they took so long and had to settle for Jack in the box horrible customer service I won’t ever be wasting my time or spending my money coming there ever again and if you don’t believe me on this day roll the cameras back and you can see how long this person took let alone all the cars backing out the driveway
