Ordered online. It took 30minutes to get my food. Should have gone through the drive through. The wait was like i was waiting at a restaurant. I literally had like 4 burritos…. probably the worst taco bell i ja e ever visited

We used the kiosk to make it easier on the workers and they still got my order wrong which was confusing because the store was empty and drive thru was not busy on top of that they didn’t prepare our drinks with our order I had to keep getting up, the 2 older women who make the food were rude and non welcoming. After that there was another customer who came in (black women) & the younger girl working drive thru proceeds to ignore her & help the Hispanic man who came in AFTER the black women. Please hire some better employees.

I order from here all the time thru doordash and even go in person since it’s up the street. The last few times (I order a lot) the Mexican pizzas literally taste like bad oil, like paint… I had to spit it all out and crush my teeth. Spent 30 bucks just to take one bite and nearly choke. I won’t be ordering from here again.

On the corner of the always busy Rosecrans Ave and Western Ave. It’s a hectic world out there. Inside the dining area, the atmosphere was relaxed, tables wiped down, napkins and condiments fully stocked and the service wss prompt and professional, my tacos hit the spot. I think they were playing the feel good soundtrack from “Dirty Dancing”. And the temperature was reasonable, sweater and jacket not needed.

I went to l Taco Bell to grab a quick bite to eat and right away I noticed the speaker in the drive-thru was barely working and I couldn’t understand the person taking my order. When I got up to the drive-thru window I asked if they were working on replacing the speaker because it’s very difficult to hear and the young man said he just works there…so in other words there’s nothing he can do about i,t which is not true. After all that my order was incorrect (go figure) and my drink had no ice. They failed to share the ice machine was broken. I think this will be the last time I visit this location.

I came at 9:35 the sign says they open at 9:00am the lady working the register sees me and just looks away continues Punching buttons on the register wait about 5 min nothing there’s ppl on the drive thru waiting for their order and another person working they’re as well so I don’t see why one of them couldnt come around and unlock it for me wanted to order something for myself but guess my money no good here won’t come around here no more that’s for sure

I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in years but I had to stop here to use the bathroom, and ordered a cantina chicken burrito.
The taste was ok but it did not sit well with me.
The service on the other hand was great, the man at the counter was polite, and courteous, and the ladies in the back greated me warmly.
I personally will not go to Taco Bell unless it’s a must although it is not because of bad service.

There was a young guy working drive through and helped me inside the restaurant to place my order, the manager berated him in front of customers and staff for being slow in drive through orders, she was so unprofessional, talk to him in private over issues like that. It’s embarrassing for him and second hand embarrassment for everyone else. It also says a lot about who they’re hiring here in terms of management because that employee was helpful, quick, and kind, and treating them like that in front of everyone just disgusted me. I won’t be back.

Ordered from Uber eats and my order was cold, the taco shells were stale, and they didn’t include my cream and sugar for my coffee. Not to mention they put my tacos upside down in the bag so one just fell apart…where all the good taco bells at? I used to love taco bell as a kid. They need to close the place at night if they can’t find decent ppl to pay attention to order notes. So frustrating because I know I could do their job and make a lot of people happy but they just don’t pay enough. Maybe thats why employees don’t care to do a good job?
