Horrible overall I asked for a breakfast burrito they took my money then say we dont have any eggs so i said go ahead and just do it hash browns and sausage thats fine , i get to my car eat some of it bacon burnt hash browns , and rice!!! Disgusting horrible job never go to taco bell for breakfast im never going again period

Stopped by this Taco Bell during the holiday rush mainly because it was relatively empty. My main reason for going in wasn’t the food, but to use the restroom.
Ordering is clearly pushed to the kiosks. Despite making eye contact, I wasn’t greeted. Ordering on the screen was easy. When I asked about the restroom, I was told someone was inside and asked if the key was hanging outside. After hearing a flush, I tried the door and found it open. The restroom had two stalls and was clean enough.
While waiting, my Baja Blast was called and slid toward me even though I was clearly waiting on the restroom. As I was leaving, I overheard an employee tell an older man he had to order at the screens, which seemed discouraging. I think older customers should still be able to order at the counter.
I ordered a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and a $1 Baja Blast. The burrito didn’t resemble the photo and tasted extremely processed. One napkin was provided. The Baja Blast was the highlight.
This location has always been mid. Clean enough, very transactional, and exactly what I expect — neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

The drive-thru moved quickly. The gentleman at the window seemed distracted. He didn’t give me my receipt for my order or say hello. The tacos were flavored well however if you like more meat than lettuce be sure to ask for extra meat which will cost a little more. Price was great for my order. I ask for taco sauce and they gave me more than enough. All in all I will return to this location.

I ordered the potatoes in a cup with cheese and sour cream. Completely dry, tasteless and not satisfying.
Dont recommend this dish.
I also ordered flatbread tacos and they were not on the menu like it should be. I had to ask the employee about it and she charged me for chalupa tacos which are far more expensive. $15 for cup of potatoe and 2 flatbread tacos and drink, not acceptable.

This was such BS! My cousins and I made an order and we went to the cashier to pay, but the cashier didn’t even acknowledge us EVEN THO HE WALKED PAST US 4 TIMES! For context, there was only 2 people working, the cashier and another person in the kitchen. My cousins and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and ended up walking out. (We tried to get his attention or at least some acknowledgement of us, but he didn’t even look our way) I understand that there was only 2 people and that they were taking orders from the drive-through, but learn to acknowledge the customers if they’re at the cash register. I ain’t coming back after this experience.

I doubt I will be coming back cause I ordered two chicken quesadillas with extra chicken plus they charged me for the chicken which was fine. But when I got the quesadilla it was all bread and cheese and they gave me no receipt and I had to call ten times in a row just to get someone.
The only reason I didn’t leave one star is because when I called they didn’t give me a hard time and when I came the next day to replace the other meal it was just fine so I do appreciate their hard work.
But as I ordered a large drink a sweet tea I believe they gave me iced tea so they definitely need more employees if possible.

I ordered on the Kiosk. I made my selections even choosing my sauce packets. I drove home and to my HUGE disappointment there were no sauce packets inside my bag! Sauce on tacos & burritos complete the food! One without the other just doesn’t do it! The tacos & burrito were made well and in a timely manner. I just wished I had sauce for my food!

Half hr drive thru wait! 1 cashier 4 drive thru and dine in which made this place fall super behind…the Managers here are idiots 4 allowing them 2 be understaffed.. lobby had about 15 people inside about 7 cars waiting and only 3 workers…I wont be coming back here no more
