I usually love Taco Bell, but this place is the worst ever.
The burrito was cold. The flower tortilla was cold. The beans inside were hard and cold as when you scoop out Rosarita beans out of the can. The nastiest burrito ever.

Drive to lane is so small, the only reason when I go here is because the location it’s the closest. Laura D .cashier has the worst customer service. Won’t even hand you the food through drive through correctly. She makes you reach all the way to her window. Didn’t even bother to offer sauce.

Ordered the luxe box, and all items were bad. The chalupa shell was hard and must’ve been stale. The shell taco was soggy and stuck to the wrapping. The Burrito. I swear, I have been to plenty of location, and by far, this was the most skimpy burrito I have purchased from Taco Bell. Oh, and they got the drink wrong.
