Be careful using your card or any sort of mobile pay here. The 2 young guys that work tonight are scamming and they tried to do it with my Apple Pay but I have a code that you have to use in order to pay for anything.
He didn’t think I seen him trying. Then he brought my phone back to me saying he needed me to put my code in again to pay for my meal.
Food was okay but I won’t return because of the scamming.

I would give no stars but I have to give a star to post. Horrible service, the person taking my order didn’t get the whole order, and what she did get she missed half of it. This is how my order came. Tacos, burrito not wrapped correctly. And a tostada standing so everything fell off. Horrible service.

The manager at this location is on a power trip. They will forget multiple items of yours but then scrutinize you and make you out to be a liar when THEY can’t properly package a mobile order. They also don’t wear name tags which just tells me they know they’re screwing up and don’t want to take any accountability

I had a really fun experience here, I went through the drive thru ordered three freezes the baja blast they were amazing by the way and 3 hard shell tacos my total was 14.06 and the guy says over speaker ima charge you 14.00 something at the window, just kidding 14.06 first window and he was smiling hard when we pulled up loved his at work humor , thanks oswaldo for a good experience

When I’m tired don’t feel like driving I walk across the street but that’s over now. THE SERVICE TRASH and they have the nerves to have ATTITUDE they always messed up the order and make you wait until the Drive through is empty and there is always homeless, drunks there sometimes asking for money. This taco bell needs to be shut down. I gave it one start because I had too. The person that oversees this location needs to be there more often. And they need new managers. They’re very rude.
UPDATE : I just went tonight because I can’t drive right now, I’m waiting for a muscle relaxer to kick in. There are new people working. They were nice, respectful and fast and my order was finally right lol I couldn’t believe. I did let the young man know that they were doing a good job. The light in the front by the menu needs to be fixed. Over all it was much better. Thank you for making the changes.
