I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Taco Bell and Chase Bank for facilitating my recent purchase. Thanks to their support, I was able to successfully complete my food transaction and have food on my plate this evening. This small gesture has made a significant impact on my day, and I truly appreciate their assistance.
Thank you very much!

Weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I got the wrong item in my order when I went home. I’m sure I read everything I wanted from my list for a party. Word for word. I told them this and they said “No, thats what you ordered”. I reiterated what I had ordered, and instead of thinking that possibly they misheard me and giving me the correct $7 food item, they asked for my name and order number and stated again that I had gotten the right item. AT this point I was frustrated and I said “Ok great, can we like sort this out, like what can we do?” instead of interrogating me about the gordita. Finally they got permission to remake my item, but it should never be such a hassle. Like what the hell guys?

It’s a Taco Bell – the food was as good as you expect from a TB
Service was good, it only has a few seats and tables, but most people are takeout/drive thru so that isn’t an issue. Drinks are self-serve so you can refill

I don’t expect greatness from Taco Bell but my burrito was cold and I’ve never experienced that before. At first I thought it was just the sour cream but it was still cold a few bites in. I went through the drive thru and by the time I bit into it I was long gone and didn’t want to go back. But now I feel nauseous. Please do better for your future customers.

Edit: well the burrito made its grand exit. I feel terrible. Thanks.

Taco Bell will always be locked in my memories of childhood, moms love and Saturday morning drives in her ’67 Ford Mustang convertible on our way to the Beaches of Gulf Coast Florida. At 4 years of age tacos and the like were still full of foreign flavors, rich sounding names (remember Encheritos?).
More than enough to bring pure hoots of glee from the pre-seatbelt, Pre-childseat-law passenger bench.
Well things have certainly changed…
I stopped by my neighphood Bell and ordered three specialty tacos for a whopping $18and then was slapped with the hard fact. I asked for a small cuplet of the red sauce previously used on the pintos & cheese and was charged an additional $1 for the request !
I think I’m finished with the Bell as another hero. Fails.

I placed a mobile order and the tracker messed up. It placed it at another store 2 miles away and ofc I couldn’t cancel it. I told the manger here and she said there’s nothing she could do. To just cancel it but clearly I could not. I wasted 10$ on food I couldnt get…Super disrespectful aswell.

I am forced to give this location two stars as for the third time I ordered a veggie cravings box requesting “grilled” burrito and chalupa. However, nothing was grilled. Hey I understand it’s busy! But my order is what it is. I waited 25 minutes, the engine running, for a box of food I didn’t want or enjoy. Please try to follow the orders as I put them because that’s the only reason I order it! If I wanted saggy food I’d be at Del. This review is subject to change after five visits.

I ordered a large Baja Blast drink and I received what looked to be a small or regular sized drink. I asked “Hey, is this a large?” and the lady shook her head yes and walked to the back. I was confused and decided to leave. Not sure if this drink is worth $4 and some change. I’ll definitely not be returning. That’s for certain.
