3/28 – Third time I’ve come between 8-830 & they are out of ground beef….again. This location is horrible & whoever is managing it should be fired. The kids that work there are sweet & deserve way better management than this.
I’m getting a little irritated with this location. It’s right around the corner from my house & I come here at least twice a week. My meal has gone from $12-$19 over the course of six months with no change in quality. I have multiple times had my nacho cheese, red sauce, chips or chipotle melt missing out of my bag in those 6 months. I think the kids that work there have a really good attitudes and I appreciate them but it is very frustrating. Spending this much money on a meal for one person and getting all the way home and missing an ingredient or having been charged an extra $.80 for a side of sauce and having it barely full in the side container, is frustrating at this point. Three or four weeks ago I came through the drive-through before 9 o’clock and they had no ground beef left, which is a majority of their menu. I don’t leave reviews very often, but this is legit getting irritating for locals that frequent this Taco Bell. This is a small town and there’s not much open after 9pm.
12/29 – most recent pics show the consistency of my one & only comment about this location. This may seem silly but when you get charged almost $1 extra for a side of sauce even when you’re already for paying EXTRA for it IN the burrito, it gets frustrating. This is where I live so I have no choice but to go here on my way home. If I have time to go else where tho, I do. The amount of times I’ve had things missing out of my order is extremely frustrating. Especially when you spend a lot of money there each week.

I live near this one so I come here a couple times a month, and they are consistently good. Its usually very nice people, and clean.
I always order through the app and pick up through the drive thru. Only once or twice they’ve messed up my order but have always fixed it.

Got onion cilantro add on and it wasn’t added to my chalupa. I hate paying extra and not receiving what I paid for. Also why are fast food places like this? Costs money to add things. But taking things off doesn’t subtract from the price.

The staff at this location are always friendly, helpful, easy to deal with. Dine in or Take out, they are always great. The food, though, has been steadily declining over the last few months. I work nearby, and wind up ordering here every week or two. The last few months, the quality and volume of food is declining, while prices are increasing.

Everything about this place is shitty. Staff, food, customer service. Everything. I’m so disappointed by the way I just got treated here AND the fact my food was soggy after I waited 30 mins. No body was there when I was. Maybe a few in the drive thru. All in all, ANY other location is better then the stead location.

The rudest customer service. I have ever experienced. The cashier keep interrupting me to talk to her coworkers. Never let me finish ordering. Kept telling me my total after every item I order instead of asking if I wanted anything else. I order a cheese quesadilla they gave chicken.

It is quite difficult to leave a “fair” review.. when the first experience upon pulling to the window is being handed a large soft-drink cup with soda dripping off of the cup. I politely ask the young lady for a napkin, to which she scoffs.. “I guess..”. As if that were the end.. Nope. “Please pull around front…” AFTER being sixth in line and already waiting for 7 minutes? Drive around front, park.. wait another nine minutes.. watching seven cars/trucks exit the drive-thru. At absolute best.. this was ridiculous. I understand under-staffing IS a real problem. In complete transparency.. I did find four (4) “1 FREE TACO” coupons in the bag. ♂️

There’s definitely something shady going on at this place. Last two times I’ve been there, they have left out most of the meat in every single item. Picture is of a crunch wrap supreme. I had a beef burrito supreme too, and it might as well have been a bean burrito.
