Give the kid with the beard a raise. He handled one of the rudest, meanest, angry, immature customers I have ever seen without escalating anything. He even apologized for the commotion the customer made, which he absolutely did not have to do.

I ordered six separate items, three taco supremes, two beefy melt burritos, and one chulupa, totalling over $20. However, when I asked for “lots of hot sauce” I was given five packets, less than one packet per item. Really? I know inflation is high but being cheap on some sauce packets that cost you only a few pennies per packet is now going to cost you a customer and a poor public review. Smart, really smart.

The cashier was very polite that is the reason I am giving a higher score. The tacos were so inconsistently prepared. I had two crunchy tacos that were literally only half way made, my husbands were made fine, one was stuffed full. They forgot to give the chips and cinnamon twists and when the cashier asked the other employee, he said, ” You can get it yourself.” The cashier forgot to give us our drinks so he was busy doing that and the other employee had us wait until the cashier would give us the remaining order. There seems to be a lack of expectations or training preparing food.
